How to measure the investment value of listed panies from different angles, how to control market risk, which is institutional investors and ordinary investors are mon problems. In this paper, based on this research background, on the basis of fully analyzing the research status at home and abroad, bined with the specific characteristics of China39。s stock market, the listed pany in xinjiang as samples to search for the listed pany investment value analysis method. This paper first has analyzed the current situation of the development of listed panies in xinjiang . On this basis, bining with the characteristics of listed panies in xinjiang, the selection of suitable for analysis of index system of listed panies, using principal ponent analysis method and analysis of the listed pany in xinjiang . And on the basis of this puts forward feasible advice to provide a more scientific and effective quantitativ
