【正文】 沈陽工學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 本 文研究的是汽 車座 椅骨架的焊接夾具設(shè)計(jì)問題,要求使工件定位迅速,裝夾迅速,省力,減輕焊件裝配定位和夾緊時(shí)的繁重體力勞動(dòng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,使焊接條件較差的空間位置焊縫變?yōu)楹附訔l件較好的平焊位置,勞動(dòng)條件的改善,同時(shí)也有利于提高焊縫的 質(zhì)量。 本文首先分析了汽車座椅骨架焊裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)的必要性和可行性;然后圍繞座椅骨架焊裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)這一核心,通過對(duì)汽車焊裝生產(chǎn)線、汽車焊裝夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,歸納了焊裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)步驟和要點(diǎn);重點(diǎn)對(duì)汽車座椅骨架夾具的設(shè)計(jì),包括基準(zhǔn)面的選擇,定位器的設(shè)計(jì),夾具體設(shè)計(jì),夾緊裝置的設(shè)計(jì) 。其中,基準(zhǔn)面的選擇是根據(jù)總成件的大小,確定基板的尺寸,然后從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件庫選出合適的基板;定位器的設(shè)計(jì)是保證焊件在夾具中獲得正確裝配位置的零件和部件,應(yīng)利用先裝好的零件作為后裝配零件某一基面上的定位支撐點(diǎn),可以減少定位器的數(shù)量,提高裝配精度;夾具體的設(shè)計(jì)是通過 控制焊件角變形的夾緊力計(jì)算和 控制焊件彎曲變形的夾緊力計(jì)算來確定的,通過公式計(jì)算得出 拘束角變形所需的單位長(zhǎng)度(焊縫)夾緊力 q為 31720279N,阻擋彎曲變形所需的夾緊力 q為 208711N,再根據(jù)焊件形狀、尺寸來完成夾具體的設(shè)計(jì)。 夾緊裝置的設(shè)計(jì)是本文設(shè)計(jì)的 重中之重,這次設(shè)計(jì)的主要核心是通過氣缸來改善傳統(tǒng)手動(dòng)夾緊的的繁重體力消耗以提高生產(chǎn)效率。 根據(jù)要求,設(shè)計(jì)氣缸主要是對(duì)工件的夾緊,所以應(yīng)該選擇雙作用氣缸。本文通過公式的計(jì)算確定 一種缸徑 D為 50mm,另一種缸徑 D為 75mm。 合理的氣缸選擇,合理的氣動(dòng)原理思路,極大地提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 關(guān)鍵詞 :工裝 。 夾具;汽動(dòng);焊接 沈陽工學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract This thesis is to design welding fixture of automobile seat frame, The positioning of the workpiece clamping quickly, quickly, labor saving, reduces the welding assembly positioning and clamping of the heavy manual order to ensure the weld size, improve the assembly precision and efficiency, to prevent the deformation of the welding realization of mechanization, easy to change rapidly, make the space position of welding conditions into a flat position better welding condition, the improvement of working conditions, but also conducive to improve the quality of the the overall program, positioning fixture, pneumatic clamping part, finally is the specific folder design.
