【正文】 茂名職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 1 CA6140 主軸箱設(shè)計(jì) 【 摘 要】 作為主要的車削加工機(jī)床， CA6140機(jī)床廣泛的應(yīng)用于機(jī)械加工行業(yè)中，本設(shè)計(jì)主要針對(duì)CA6140機(jī)床的主軸箱進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)， 主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是用來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)床主運(yùn)動(dòng)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，它應(yīng)具有一定的轉(zhuǎn)速（速度）和一定的變速范圍，以便采用不同材料的刀具，加工不同的材料，不同尺寸，不同要求的工件，并能方便的實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)停，變速，換向和制動(dòng)等。數(shù)控機(jī)床主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要包括電動(dòng)機(jī)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和主軸部件，它與普通機(jī)床的主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)相比在結(jié)構(gòu)上比較簡(jiǎn)單，這是因?yàn)樽兯俟δ苋炕虼蟛糠钟芍鬏S電動(dòng)機(jī)的無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速來(lái)承擔(dān)，剩去了復(fù)雜的齒輪變速機(jī)構(gòu)，有些只有二級(jí)或三級(jí)齒輪變速系統(tǒng)用以擴(kuò)大電動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速的范圍 。 它固定在機(jī)床身的左端，裝在主軸箱中的主軸（主軸為中空，不僅可以用于更長(zhǎng) 的棒料的加工及機(jī)床線路的鋪設(shè)還可以增加主軸的剛性），通過(guò)夾盤(pán)等夾具裝夾工件。 主軸箱 的功用是支撐并傳動(dòng)主軸，使主軸帶動(dòng)工件按照規(guī)定的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn) 設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要有機(jī)床主要參數(shù)的確定，傳動(dòng)方案和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖 的擬定 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： CA6140機(jī)床 主軸箱 零件 傳動(dòng) 茂名職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 2 CA6140 SPINDLE BOX OF MACHINE TOOL DESIGN Abstract As a major turning processing machine, CA6140 machine widely used in mechanical processing industry, the main design for the spindle box CA6140 machine design, main drive system is used to realize thetransmission system of the main machine, it should be a certain speed(speed) and certain speed range, in order to use the tools of differentmaterials, materials, processing of different size, differentrequirements of the workpiece, and can realize the movement easyoff, variable speed, reversing and braking.
