【正文】 學(xué)號 ： 08801060 關(guān)鍵路徑法在工程項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用 分 院 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 數(shù)學(xué)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué) 班 級 數(shù)本 0801 姓 名 賈文匯 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 仝 偉 2021 年 5 月 10 日 商丘學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 商丘學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） I 摘 要 建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理是每個(gè)項(xiàng)目者所關(guān)心的重要內(nèi)容 之一，貫穿于項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的全過程，而關(guān)鍵路徑則是工程項(xiàng)目管理和控制的重要依據(jù)。本文主要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃的方法查找關(guān)鍵路徑，通過表圖結(jié)合的方式， 對關(guān)鍵路 徑 進(jìn)行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化，從而使項(xiàng)目工期最短，使項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃最優(yōu)。 另外針對目前關(guān)鍵路徑法在實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目管理中存在的一些問題，提出一定的對策，希望可以提高其在實(shí)際中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 關(guān)鍵路徑，網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃，工程項(xiàng)目管理，應(yīng)用 Abstract Construction project management is an important part of each item of concern throughout the entire process of project construction, and the critical path is an important basis for project management and control. In this paper, to find the critical path through the work plan, adjust and optimize the critical path through the table map and, so that the shortest project duration, project schedule optimal. In addition, the critical path method in the actual project management, some countermeasures and hope to increase the value of its practical application.
