【正文】 1 摘 要 本設(shè)計項目所處理的污水主要是由天然氣凈化廠廠區(qū)工業(yè)廢水和公共建筑用水以及廠區(qū)生活用水組成。其混合污水最大日設(shè)計流量為 Q=8000m3/d,總變化系數(shù)為 K= , 該廠現(xiàn)有人口 8000,隨著廠區(qū)發(fā)展速度的加快,廠區(qū)污水的排放嚴重威脅著該河水質(zhì),為了避免該河水質(zhì)惡化,該廠擬建一座廠區(qū)污水處理廠,以解決生活污水和工業(yè)廢水的污染問題。設(shè)計水質(zhì)經(jīng)環(huán)保部門監(jiān)測,污水主要污染物 COD、 SS、 BOD TP、 TN 以及重 金 屬 和 有 毒 物 質(zhì) 少 量 , 其 污 水 水 質(zhì) 如 下 : COD=360mg/l , SS=200mg/l , BOD5=160mg/l, PH=69,歷年最高氣溫 ℃ 歷年最低氣溫 ℃,年平均氣溫℃,最高月平均氣溫 ℃,最低月平均氣溫 ℃ 。 處理廠處理水質(zhì)為: BOD5≤10mg/l, CODcr≤ 50mg/l, SS≤ 10mg/l, NH3N≤ 5mg/l, TP≤ ,出水水質(zhì)符合國家的一級排放標準。 本設(shè)計中,采用 SBR 工藝處理該廠區(qū)污水。 SBR 工藝處理污水已有很長的時間,是一種較成熟的工藝,在國內(nèi)已有很多成功的工程實例。 處理構(gòu)筑物主要有曝氣沉砂池、SBR 反應池、污泥濃縮 池等,其主要構(gòu)筑物 SBR 反應池屬于間歇式反應器,本設(shè)計的SBR 反應池建成長方形,有利于減少建設(shè)費用。 SBR 工藝占地少,污泥產(chǎn)生量少,抗沖擊負荷能力強。通過調(diào)節(jié)污泥齡能達到同時脫氮除磷的目的,出水水質(zhì)好。 關(guān)鍵詞 :總變化系數(shù) 。 SBR。 設(shè)計流量 。 脫氮除磷 . 2 Abstract The handled wastewater is formed mianly by industrial waste gas purification plant area and public building sewage, water and plant water position. Used SBR technology to handle sewage have had very long time. It is a kind of mature are the project example of many successes in our country. Mainly handling buildings are aeration setting pot, SBR reactor and mud concentrated pool etc. The SBR reactor belongs to intermittence type responser, The SBR reactor of this design is established into rectangle, helpful to reduce construction cost. It coveres less land, produces less mud,and it is strong to fight impact load ability. Through regulating mud age can be nitrogen and phosphorus removal at the same time,and effluent water quality is good.
