吳波:廣州黃閣鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠工程設(shè)計(jì) 華東交通大學(xué)理工學(xué)院 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 廣州黃閣鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠工程設(shè)計(jì) 分 院: 土木建筑分院 專 業(yè): 給水排水工程 班 級(jí): 2 班 學(xué) 號(hào): 20220220070221 姓 名: 吳波 指導(dǎo)教師: 黨曉芳 吳波:廣州黃閣鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠工程設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 我國水體污染主要來自兩方面,一 方面 是工業(yè)發(fā)展超標(biāo)排放工業(yè)廢水,二 方面 是城市化中由于城市污水排放和集中處理設(shè)施嚴(yán)重缺乏, 導(dǎo)致 大量生活污水未經(jīng)處理直接進(jìn)入水體造成環(huán)境污染。近年來工業(yè)廢水經(jīng)過治理雖有所減少,但城市生活污水有增無減,占水質(zhì)污染的 51%以上。 本設(shè)計(jì)為 廣州黃閣鎮(zhèn) 污水處理廠工程工藝設(shè)計(jì),污水處理廠處理規(guī)模為 近期 期20220m3/d, 遠(yuǎn)期 期 30000 m3/d。污水主要來源為生活污水和工業(yè)廢水,主要污染物質(zhì)為NH3N、 BOD、 COD,適宜采用生化處理方法。經(jīng)過方案比較,確定采用氧化溝工藝。 NH3N、BOD、 COD 的去除率分別達(dá)到 %、 %、 %,污水處理廠處理后的出水達(dá)到《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( GB89781996)中的二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 污水和活性污泥的混合液在 氧化溝 中進(jìn)行不斷的循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng) ,具有良好的去除 BOD、COD 及脫氮除磷的功能。另外, 工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單,構(gòu)筑物少, 構(gòu)造形式多樣,運(yùn)行較為靈活,運(yùn) 行穩(wěn)定性好,基建投資省,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低,操作管理方便, 出水水質(zhì)好也是氧化溝優(yōu)于其他處理工藝的地方。 關(guān)鍵詞: 污水處理 ; 氧化溝 ; 脫氮除磷 ; BOD; COD華東交通大學(xué)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I Abstract Water pollution in our country mainly from two aspects, one is the excess emissions of industrial development, industrial waste water, the second is the urbanization because facilities for central treatment of urban sewage discharge and serious lack of, a large number of untreated sewage directly into the water cause environmental pollution. Industrial waste water after treatment is reduced in recent years, continued to grow, but city life sewage accounted for over 51% of the water pollution. This design is about the sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou, huangge town . The construction of this plant is 30000 m3/d. The main origin of the sewage is the sanitary sewage and the industrial waste. The main polluting is the NH3N, BOD, COD. It is suitable to use the biochemistry processing method. After the parison of the plan, the Oxidation Ditch craft was chosen as the process. The elimination rate of the NH3N, BOD, COD respectively achieved %, %, %. The outlet water of the treatment meets the level two of the National Sewage Discharge Standard (GB89781996). The mixed liquor of the sewage and the activated sludge are sporting unceasingly in the oxidation ditch. It is good to exclude BOD、 COD and take off the nitrogen and the phosphorus. Additionally, the simple processing, the few buildings, the varied structure, the nimble movement, and the good stability of the movement, the province initial cost, the low operating cost, the convenient operation and management, the good quality of the letout water are also the places which the oxidize ditch is better than the other technology.
