【正文】 摘 要 本文主要介紹了橋式起重機的整體設計理論和設計過程 ,闡述了橋式起重機國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展狀況 .其中重點設計了橋式起重機的運行機構(gòu)和起升機構(gòu)等 ,主要包括橋式起重機小車運行機構(gòu)的整體設計及傳動機構(gòu)的布置,小車運行機構(gòu)的的計算,大車運行機構(gòu)的整體設計和橋架結(jié)構(gòu)的設計計算等。除此之外,還有軸承的選擇,聯(lián)軸器的選擇,電動機的選擇,減速起的選擇和校核。 本文設計過程中,主要采用了文獻資料法,軟件設計法和討論等方法,結(jié)合了國內(nèi)外起重機的研究發(fā)展狀況,參考了一些機加工車間所使用的起重機性能參數(shù),從而系統(tǒng)的完成起重機的整 體設計。 關鍵詞 :橋式起重機;起重機小車;起重機大車;運行機構(gòu);起升機構(gòu);橋架機構(gòu);卷筒;減速器。浙江 大學畢業(yè)設計 2 Abstract This article mainly introduced the entire design theory and design process of bridge crane,which elaborated domestic and foreign crane development of them,it focused on the design of the bridge crane operation of institutions and hoisting overall design that mainly includes the integral design of bridge crane car mechanism and transmission layout。thecalculation of crane small car mechanism。 the integral design of the cart mechanism。and bridge structure design calculation。and so , thispaper involves bearing choice,coupling choice,motor choice,along with reducer choice and checking. In the design process of this paper, mainly adopts methods of documentation, methods of the design of hardware,and discussion were with the domestic and foreign research some machining workshop crane used performance parameters,thus the design of crane system was pleted.
