武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)I 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)題 目 :16/ 式 起 重 機(jī) 設(shè) 計(jì)學(xué) 院 機(jī)械自動(dòng)化學(xué)院專 業(yè) 機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)學(xué) 號 014908202206學(xué)生姓名 李后譜__指導(dǎo)教師 蔡 蕓日 期 2022 年 9 月_ 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)II摘 要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是針對畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)中橋式起重機(jī)所做的具體到噸位級別的設(shè)計(jì)。隨著我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,橋式起重機(jī)越來越多的應(yīng)用到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)當(dāng)中。在工廠中搬運(yùn)重物,機(jī)床上下件,裝運(yùn)工作吊裝零部件,流水線上的定點(diǎn)工作等都要用到起重機(jī)。起重機(jī)中種數(shù)量最多,在大小工廠之中均有應(yīng)用的就是小噸位的起重機(jī),小噸位的橋式起重機(jī)廣泛的用于輕量工件的吊運(yùn),在我國機(jī)械工業(yè)中占有十分重要的地位。但是,我國現(xiàn)在應(yīng)用的各大起重機(jī)還是仿造國外落后技術(shù)制造出來的,而且已經(jīng)在工廠內(nèi)應(yīng)用了多年,有些甚至還是七八十年代的產(chǎn)品,無論在質(zhì)量上還是在功能上都滿足不了日益增長的工業(yè)需求。如何設(shè)計(jì)使其成本最低化,布置合理化,功能現(xiàn)代化是我們研究的課題。本次設(shè)計(jì)就是對小噸位的橋式起重機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容是 16/運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu),其中包括橋架結(jié)構(gòu)的布置計(jì)算及校核,主梁結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算及校核,端梁結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算及校核,主端梁連接以及大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)零部件的選擇及校核。關(guān)鍵詞:起重機(jī) ; 大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu) ; 橋架 ; 主端梁 ; 小噸位武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIIAbstractThe graduation project is a bridge crane for the graduation field work done by the tonnage level specific to the design.
