【正文】 I 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設 計 論 文 題 目 西安博申物流公司車輛管理問題分析 系 別 管理系 專 業(yè) 物流管理 班 級 物流 001 班 學 號 學生姓名 指導老師 2021 年 4 月 ABSTRACT II 摘 要 物流是指物品從供應地向接受地的實體流動過程，根據(jù)實際需要，將運輸、儲存、裝卸、搬運、包裝、流通加工、配送、信息處理等基本功能實施有機結合。隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，物流產(chǎn)業(yè)已是一個“生產(chǎn)型服務業(yè)”和新興聚合型產(chǎn)業(yè)，尤其是第三方物流更成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的主流。因此，物流的管理也越來越成為人們關注的焦點。物流，從根本來說無外乎兩大基本功能，即 :通過倉庫實現(xiàn)貨物的時間效益、通過運輸實現(xiàn) 貨物的空間效益。對于物流企業(yè)中的運輸系統(tǒng)而言，車輛是其最昂貴最重要的資產(chǎn)，故而運輸車輛的管理便成為運輸管理中最重要的組成部分。 所謂車輛管理，無非是與車輛有關的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制等一系列工作的總稱，但目的只有兩個，即：提高經(jīng)濟效益和降低運行成本。所以，物流運輸車輛的優(yōu)化對于節(jié)約物流成本、提高物流經(jīng)濟效益有著重要的意義。物流車輛管理的問題是物流系統(tǒng)研究中的一項重要內(nèi)容，選取合適的車輛類型、車輛數(shù)量可以降低運營成本，可以加快對客戶需求的響應速度，提高服務質(zhì)量，增強客戶對公司的滿意度。 在此寫作過程中，本文通過對西 安博申物流公司的車輛管理現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析，尋找該公司車輛管理方面中存在的問題，對問題進行準確的分析，最后提出改進建議及對策，理論和實際相結合，將理論運用到實踐中。 關鍵詞 ： 物流企業(yè)，車輛管理，問題，對策 目錄 III ABSTRACT Logistics refers to the acceptance of goods from suppliers to the physical movement, according to the actual needs of the transport, storage, handling basic functions, handling, packaging, distribution processing, distribution, information processing, etc. to implement bination. The socalled vehicle management, is that collectively anize, coordinate, control and a series of vehiclerelated work, but only two purposes, namely: to improve economic efficiency and reduce operating costs. Therefore, optimizing the logistics and transport vehicles for logistics cost savings, improved logistics has important economic significance. Logistics is the logistics problem of vehicle management system is an important research content, select the appropriate type of vehicle, the number of vehicles that can reduce operating costs, accelerate responsiveness to customer needs, improve service quality, enhance customer satisfaction with the pany.
