2l世紀(jì)人們對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求的不斷提高,使用對(duì)環(huán)境友好的清潔汽車替代消耗石油等不可再生礦物資源并對(duì)城市空氣污染嚴(yán)重的內(nèi)燃機(jī)動(dòng)力汽車已成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)的迫切需要。本課題設(shè)計(jì)的空氣動(dòng)力車就是這樣一款以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力,尾氣排放為零的真正“綠色環(huán)?!毙≤嚒>唧w工作如下: 首先,本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外壓縮空氣動(dòng) 力車的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)以葉片式氣動(dòng)馬達(dá)作為發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的壓縮空氣動(dòng)力小車。整個(gè)小車的核心結(jié)構(gòu)系傳遞小車驅(qū)動(dòng)力的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋以及只屬于氣動(dòng)小車的獨(dú)一無(wú)二的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng);然后本文詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的三大組成部分 — 主減速器、差速器和驅(qū)動(dòng)半軸,分別對(duì)上述三部分進(jìn)行了選型的分析和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的計(jì)算。此外論文還設(shè)計(jì)了小車的制動(dòng)器,進(jìn)行了制動(dòng)器的選型分析及計(jì)算;最后,本文設(shè)計(jì)了空氣動(dòng)力小車的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 壓縮空氣動(dòng)力小車;葉片式氣馬達(dá);驅(qū)動(dòng)橋;差速器 II ABSTRACT As the steady rise in people’s demands of environmental protection and sustainable development in the 21st century, it is an urgent need in presentday society that the internalbustion engine cars which seriously pollutes urban air and consumes nonrenewable mineral resources such as petroleum should be replaced with environmental protection green cars. Compressedair powered vehicle designed in this project is just the “green car” which has pressed air as the power and exhausts zero vehicle emissions. Concrete operations are described as follows: The nuclear structure of the entire car is the driving axle which transmits driving force and the unique power system which belongs to the pressedair powered vehicle. First of all, this essay analyzes the domestic and foreign development situation of the pressedair powered vehicle. Based on this, this essay designs a pressedair powered vehicle which has bladetype air motor as the engine. The analysis of the type selection and the calculation of structural parameter of the abovementioned parts are made respectively. Then three main ponent elements of driving axle are designed in detail main reducing gear, pensating gear and jackshaft. In addition, the braking of the vehicle is designed and the type selection of braking is analyzed and calculated.
