隨著計算機技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,計算機三維造型技術(shù)特別是逆向工程技術(shù)在工業(yè)上已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。為了解決手機外形設(shè)計周期長的困難,本文研究了手機外形的逆向工程造型方法,并對逆向工程概念、方法進行系統(tǒng)的闡述,同時又以松下 G60 手機為例詳細介紹了對手機外形進行逆向工程的步驟。 關(guān)鍵詞: 逆向工程,點云,快速制造, STL 2 Abstract With the rapid development of puter technique, the technology of 3D puteraided prototyping, especially the Reverse Engineering, has been more widely used in industry. In order to solve the problem of long time on the mobile phone’s shapedesign, a method based on the integrated reverse engineering is discussed in the paper. Furthermore, the concept and method of the Reverse Engineering is also illustrated, and the step of the integrated reverse engineering of mobile phone’s shapedesign process is presented in detail with the example of Panasonic G60. Keywords: Reverse Engineering , Point Cloud , Rapid Manufacturing , STL 3 1.概 述 1. 1 逆向工程原理 在瞬息萬變的產(chǎn)品市場中,能否快速地生產(chǎn)出合乎市場要求的產(chǎn)品就成為企業(yè)成敗的關(guān)鍵。由于各種原因往往我們都會遇到只有一個實物樣品或手工模型,沒有圖紙或 CAD數(shù)據(jù)檔案,有時,甚至可能連一張可以參考的圖紙 也不存在,沒法得到準確的尺寸,這就為我們在后續(xù)的工作中采用先進的設(shè)計手段和先進的制造技術(shù)帶來了很大的障礙,制造模具也就更為煩雜。但是逆向工程技術(shù)很好的解決了這一問題。 隨著計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,三維的幾何造型技術(shù)已被制造業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品及工模具的設(shè)計、方案評審、自動化加工制造及管理維護各個方面。通過各種測量手段及三維幾何建模方法,將原有實物(產(chǎn)品原型或油泥模型)轉(zhuǎn)化為計算機上的三維數(shù)字模型,在 CAD領(lǐng)域,這就是所謂的逆向工程。
