洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 吹風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)罩塑料模具設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括制品工藝分析,成型方法及工藝流程制定,模具類型和結(jié)構(gòu)等形式確定,成型工藝條件確定,工藝計(jì)算(即注射量、注射壓力、鎖模力、導(dǎo)向與定位機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、加熱與冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、繪制模具裝配圖、編寫(xiě)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)等。) 以上各工序模具的設(shè)計(jì)在滿足加工精度的基礎(chǔ)上充分考慮節(jié)約成本因素,確定了成型工藝工序;緊接著通過(guò)熟悉各類模具的加工特點(diǎn)及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),完成模具總體結(jié)構(gòu)的分析;隨后進(jìn)行毛坯尺寸、注射壓力、鎖模力、導(dǎo)向與定位機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、加熱與冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、繪 制模具裝配。在此基礎(chǔ)上確定模具的外形,最后完成了裝配圖和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的零件圖以及確定壓力機(jī)類型及主要參數(shù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 吹風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)罩, 澆注系統(tǒng), 脫模機(jī)構(gòu), 塑模裝配圖 洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 2 Caliper stamping die design ABSTRACT This design is rectangular blank volume into a circular hoop with a 1 mm gap.
