【正文】 1 對(duì)酒店業(yè)基層實(shí)習(xí)生心路歷程的分析 摘要： 在 市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展 的背景 下，酒店業(yè)也越來(lái)越迅速、蓬勃的發(fā)展壯大，那么對(duì)酒店業(yè)基層實(shí)習(xí)生心理的分析就尤為必要，同樣對(duì)酒店經(jīng)濟(jì)健康的發(fā)展意義重大。本文主要收集了本屆畢業(yè)生實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中的 自身 感受和想法， 從中 發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)實(shí)習(xí)生一開(kāi)始對(duì)工作都很不滿(mǎn)意， 覺(jué)得無(wú)法適應(yīng)，對(duì)前途也是一片茫然的狀態(tài)，相信無(wú)論是哪一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生應(yīng)該都經(jīng)歷過(guò)這樣一個(gè)過(guò)程。但 我覺(jué)得這是踏入社會(huì)中不可避免的問(wèn)題 ， 只有經(jīng)歷過(guò)才會(huì)明白工作的真正意義，不是為了應(yīng)付差事 ，而是讓自己 經(jīng)過(guò)磨礪變得更好 。因此 本文 得出的結(jié)論是最真 實(shí)的， 以此 為依據(jù)能夠指導(dǎo)我們 怎么調(diào)整自己的心態(tài)，幫助身邊的同學(xué)和同事們以最好的狀態(tài)投入到建設(shè)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大軍中。 關(guān)鍵詞： 心理分析 實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo) 激勵(lì) 酒店經(jīng)濟(jì) 2 The analysis of the hotel interns journey at the grassroots level —— Taking ginkgo 2021 graduation intern institute as an exampie Abstract: in market constantly development of background Xia, hotel industry also increasingly quickly, and thriving of development grow, so on hotel industry grassroots intern psychological of analysis on is particularly necessary, also on hotel economic health of development meaning major.
