EducationReach on educational management practice of Nineyear persistent schoolsCandidate: Wang Xiaofeng Supervisor: Prof. Wu Hongcheng Academic Degree Applied for: Master of Education Specialty: Principle of Pedagogy University: Hebei University Data of Oral Examination: May, 2020III 摘 要 摘 要 義務(wù)教育階段內(nèi)的九年一貫制學(xué)校是國(guó)家改革開放后出現(xiàn)的新生事物 ,它在國(guó)家基 礎(chǔ)教育改革的浪潮中應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 九年一貫制學(xué)校大約于 20 世紀(jì) 80 年代開始在上海試點(diǎn) , 目前 ,九年一貫制學(xué)校的數(shù)量已相當(dāng)可觀 ,且發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好。九年一貫制學(xué)校尚處于辦 學(xué)實(shí)踐的探索階段 ,但是九年一貫制學(xué)校已經(jīng)引起越來(lái)越多的學(xué)術(shù)界專家學(xué)者的關(guān)注 , 學(xué)者對(duì)于九年一貫制學(xué)校主要集中于辦學(xué)模式的研究、中小學(xué)課程改革與銜接的問(wèn)題研 究和學(xué)校具體管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的研究。少有學(xué) 者對(duì)于九年一貫制學(xué)校教育管理體制與管理模式 方面的研究。本研究擬研究的學(xué)校教育管理中的課題主要包括 :學(xué)校行政管理、教師與 教學(xué)管理、學(xué)生管理、德育管理與課程管理。九年一貫制辦學(xué)模式的學(xué)校在促使中小學(xué) 生連續(xù)一貫地接受九年義務(wù)教育、促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育的均衡性、公平性與效率性和直接緩解 小初銜接難、緩解擇校壓力等方面有著不可替代的重要作用。但是 ,九年一貫制學(xué)校在 學(xué)校實(shí)際教育管理過(guò)程中 ,由于沒(méi)有現(xiàn)成的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以參考借鑒 ,也出現(xiàn)了學(xué)校管理難度 加大、課程銜接難、學(xué)校生源不穩(wěn)定、不同學(xué)段銜接不暢和九年一貫制學(xué)校本身存在教 學(xué)資源的重復(fù)浪費(fèi)等問(wèn)題 ,針對(duì)“一貫制”學(xué)校在學(xué)校教育管理實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題 ,提 出相應(yīng)的思考 ,以期對(duì)九年一貫制辦學(xué)模式的學(xué)校及其它類型學(xué)校的管理提供有益的思 考與借鑒。 本文分四章來(lái)闡釋九年一貫制學(xué)校的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。第一章界定九年一貫制、九年一貫 制學(xué)校、管理和教育管理與學(xué)校管理的相關(guān)概念 ,在概念清晰地基礎(chǔ)上才能對(duì)于九年一 貫制學(xué)校的教育管理的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行科學(xué)的研究 。第二章探究九年一貫制學(xué)校創(chuàng)建的原 動(dòng)力與理論支持 ,為九年一貫制學(xué)校的創(chuàng)建提供理論參考 ,把握好九年一貫制學(xué)校創(chuàng)建 的初衷 ,使得九年一貫制學(xué)校在未來(lái)的 發(fā)展中不致偏離軌道 。第三章介紹九年一貫制學(xué) 校的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題 ,并分析了造成九年一貫制學(xué)校管理中存在問(wèn)題矛盾的原因 。第四章對(duì) 于九年一貫制學(xué)校教育管理實(shí)踐提出相應(yīng)的策略建議與思考 ,為九年一貫制學(xué)校及其他 類型學(xué)校的教育管理提供有益的借鑒與參考。 關(guān)鍵詞 九年一貫制 教育管理 實(shí)踐研究 策略建議 IAbstract Abstract Nineyear persistent schools are new things after reform and opening up to the outside world and have emerged in the wave of educational reform. Nineyear consistent schools start in the 1980s in Shanghai. Until now, the number of the schools is considerable and the schools develop well. The schools are in the stage of educational practice of exploration, but have drawn more and more attention of the academic experts and scholars. The research of 9year consistent schools focuses on the constructing model, primary and secondary curriculum reform and cohesion and the specific experiences of school management. This paper intends to study the subjects of educational administration. The subjects mainly include the school administration, teachers and teaching management, students’ management, the management of moral education and curriculum management. Nineyear consistent schools play an important role in promoting the successive pulsory education, the educational fairness and efficiency, and directly alleviating the pressure of choosing schools. But in actual management process, the schools appear management difficulties in the school administration, curriculum cohesion, the instability of students’ enrollment, waste of teaching and learning. In view of correlative problems, the author puts forward feasible thinking and expects to offer beneficial thinking and useful referenceThis paper explains the educational management of schools in four chapters.
