【正文】 畢業(yè)設計報告 (論文 ) 題目 : 網(wǎng)上人才招聘系統(tǒng) 的設計與實現(xiàn) 所 屬 系 專 業(yè) 學 號 姓 名 指導教師 起訖日期 設計地點 畢業(yè)設計報告（論文）誠信承諾 本人承諾所交的畢業(yè)設計報告（論文）和 取得的成果 是在導師指導下完成，引用他人成果的部分均已列出參考 文 獻。若 論文涉及 到 任何知識產(chǎn)權 糾紛，本人將會 承擔一切責任。 學生簽名： 日 期 ： I 網(wǎng)上人才招聘 系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn) 摘要 自改革開放以來 ， 不斷的引進外國的先進知識，中國的 互聯(lián)網(wǎng) 得到了 飛速 地 發(fā)展，以網(wǎng)絡為基礎的各類 相關產(chǎn)品 給我們的 各種活動 帶來了很多的 方便。 只需玩轉(zhuǎn) 我們 手中的手機或者電腦，就可以 足不出戶 掌握各方即時 信息， 緊隨時代的腳步 。 一方面 計算機技術和通訊 技術的迅速發(fā)展 ，另一方面 人們生活節(jié)奏的加快和對工作效率要求加高， 人們對工作效率 也有了更高的要求 ， 親自去 參加招聘會 不僅 耗時耗力， 而且 還對工作的崗位信息不清楚 ，成功率 極 低。 為了方便 人們 可以 通過網(wǎng)絡 更方便快捷的 投遞簡歷找尋合適的 工作 機會 ， 因此 網(wǎng)絡人才招聘系統(tǒng)就 應 運而生了 ， 也 迅速地 得到了 發(fā)展。 本課題主要是以 JSP 作 為 開發(fā) 語言 ， 同時 利用 MySQL 作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫 ， 來實現(xiàn) 網(wǎng)上人才招聘 系統(tǒng)。 其主要的功能是： 企業(yè) 用戶在系統(tǒng)上 發(fā)布 招聘 信息 ，并且可以 瀏覽 求職者的簡歷； 求職者 可以在平臺上發(fā)布簡歷、更新簡歷，查看招聘信息。目前系統(tǒng) 還不支持投簡歷，收簡歷等功能； 管理員對網(wǎng)站進行管理與維護， 企業(yè)發(fā)布的招聘信息必須 通過管理員 的審核 才 算 在平臺上發(fā)布 成功 ， 求職者才可以瀏覽的該信息。這樣一來保證了招聘信息的安全性與真實行。 只有保證了招聘信息的真實性，網(wǎng)站才會取得用戶的信賴。信 息 的真實性也是網(wǎng)站必須考慮的一個重要因素。 本文 主要 是 介紹 網(wǎng)上人才招聘 系統(tǒng)的功能 的設計、 實現(xiàn)方法 、運用的 關鍵技術 ，及系統(tǒng) 成型后的 簡單 功能 介紹 。 關 鍵 詞：網(wǎng)上人才招聘系統(tǒng) JSP 數(shù)據(jù)庫 II The Implementation and Design of Job Seeking System Abstract In recent years, the rapid development of Inter, web based all kinds of derivatives has brought a lot of convenience to our daily life.
