武 漢 大 學 土木工程專業(yè)專升本(函授)畢業(yè)設計任務書 設計題目: 房屋建筑工程施工組織設計 專 業(yè) : 土木工程 學 號 : 姓 名 : 指導老師 : 武漢大學土木建筑工程學院 20211 年 3 月 摘 要 本設計內(nèi)容為 廣州 某校 6 號教學樓 施工組織設計, 核心內(nèi)容體現(xiàn) 于對施工技術的安排 。 該設計 依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的施工技術水平和裝備、現(xiàn)行施工規(guī)范和驗收標準以及現(xiàn)場的調(diào)查資料等進行編制,具有可操作性,能夠切實指導施工生產(chǎn)。 本施工組織設 計作為主導施工的依據(jù),編制時 對工程量進行了全面計算, 圍繞“一圖三表”及其確定過程, 對工程質(zhì)量、勞動力組織、施工進度計劃控制、機械設備及周轉(zhuǎn)材料配備、主要分部分項工程施工方法、安全保證措施、文明施工、降低成本措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮,突出科學性及可行性。 本設計 為 鋼筋混凝土框架結構 ,采用現(xiàn)場澆筑施工 。 本施工組織設計編制 采用較為先進的表格化方法 。 設計過程中充分考慮了廣州地區(qū) 的環(huán)境因素對工程的影響,并做出了具體的應對措施。 廣州是亞熱帶季風性氣候,三月到五月份 為雨季 , 進入六、七、八、九月,時有大雨、臺風。 因此 在 基坑支護階段 和防止 外墻滲漏 等進行了特殊安排。對于高溫施工時的注意事項 也進行了充分的考慮。 同時,根據(jù)與業(yè)主的協(xié)商,將本工程的 施工時間安排在 9 月 —— 6 月之間,盡可能地降低 地區(qū)性環(huán)境因素對工程的影響。 關鍵詞 建筑 施工 組織 設計 雨季 高溫 Abstract The design content is the construction management plan of the 6th teaching construction in a school of Guangzhou. The core of the content is to arrange construction technology. The design is based on the existing construction technology and equipment, the existing construction norms and acceptance criteria and onsite investigations to establish .It is operational, and it can effectively guide the construction production. The construction management plan is the basis of the leading construction. We prehensively calculate the engineering measure when establish . we sufficiently consider the quality of the project, labor anizations the control of construction plans, mechanical equipment and turnover materials, methods of mainly parts of the project construction, safety assurance measures ,civilization construction, measures to reduce the cost and so on around a map three tables and its determination process, giving prominence to science and feasibility . The design is the reinforced concrete frame structures, using the construction of casting in site. The construction management plan uses a more advanced form of table method. We took full account of the effect of environmental factors on the impact of the project in Guangzhou area through the design process, and make a specific measure. Guangzhou is subtropical monsoon climate, and from March to May there will be rainy season. It may suffer them in June, July , August and September. Therefore, special arrangements must be used to the Foundation Pit support stage and prevent the outer wall leakage. We fully considered the noticed issues of construction in the hi gh temperature. Meanwhile, according to the consultation with the owners, the project will be the constructed from September this year to June next year, and we will reduce the effect of local environmental factors on the impact of the project as much as possible.
