【正文】 企業(yè)工資管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā) 摘 要 ： 21 世紀是一個信息化的時代，企業(yè)只有 做好人力資源管理， 才能置身于國 際大舞臺，這就離不開先進的企業(yè)工資管理系統(tǒng)。而企業(yè)工資管理系統(tǒng) 是企業(yè) 資金管理 的一個重要組成部分。本系統(tǒng)是對企業(yè)管理的實際需要而開發(fā)的企業(yè)工資管理 系統(tǒng) 軟件， 采用 開發(fā) 和 Access 數(shù)據(jù)庫 所開發(fā)完成的項目。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的總體任務是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)工資信息關(guān)系的系統(tǒng)化，規(guī)范化和自動化。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)管理的不同主題的需要，分成了個 5模塊，分別是用戶管理 ， 信息查詢， 員工管理， 獎懲管理 ， 工資管理。整個系統(tǒng)完成的功能為： 用戶信息的添加、修改、 刪除；員工信息的 查詢 、 添加 、 修改 、刪除；獎懲信息的查詢、添加、修改、刪除 ； 員工工資信息的查詢、 添加、修改、刪除 。 關(guān) 鍵 詞 ： 企業(yè)工資管理 ； ； Access 數(shù)據(jù)庫 Wage management system design and development Abstract： Twentyfirst Century is an era of information technology, enterprises have to do a good job in human resources management, to in the international arena, which is inseparable from the advanced enterprise management system of wages.
