In westernstyle fastfood giant KFC, McDonald39。s and other foreign fast food enterprises, under the intense stimulation of Chinese fast food need to e up with a strategy of conducive to the development of Chinese fast food, and before the strategies, the most important thing is that the internal and external environment of the industry are analyzed. But at present, the fast food industry in China but in a lot of problems and deficiencies, main show is the lack of wellknown brands, the lack of senior management personnel, enterprise scale is small, chaining process is slow and so on, this to a certain extent, restricted the development of Chinese fast food. The fast food industry in our country in the pursuit of growth at the same time, must set out to solve the various problems which restrict the development of the fast food, and promote the fast food industry healthy and orderly development in China. This article through to the fast food industry development and the development of Chinese fast food enterprises, the present situation analysis, find out the bottleneck in the development of Chinese fast food and problems, the development of the real problems put forward some reference opinions, hope to make reference to the development of Chinese fast food enterprises, hope China local fast food can very good development trend.
