Improving the precision of machining is an important part of quality control. Among them, the thermal deformation of machine tool spindle of machining accuracy is one of the main spindle systems so the machine design, thermal design occupies an important position, domestic and international research in this field has made great progress though, but the theory and the breadth and depth of engineering is not enough. Highspeed movement of the spindle in a lot of heat generated in the process so that the spindle temperature, it is necessary to carry out a large number of spindle thermal deformation of proposed pensation measures to improve the CNC machine tools precision. Its context for the study is as follows: 1. To establish threedimensional CAD model of machine tool spindle, the model can display Spindle structure lively. 2. On the basis of analyzing the internal heat of spindle, establish the temperature field finite element analysis model of spindle. Finite element of the spindle based on a detailed analysis of the temperature, so it lays the foundation of machine tool spindle thermal deformation for the CK1416 CNC Machine. 3. Taking advantage of Powerful ANSYS thermal analysis function, parametric modeling lathe spindle and set parameters, obtained steadystate temperature distribution, successfully achieve the target of the machine tool spindle thermal deformation analysis.
