數(shù)控車(chē)床液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 完成日期: 指導(dǎo)教師簽字: 評(píng)閱教師簽字: 答辯小組組長(zhǎng)簽字: 答辯小組成員簽 字: I 摘 要 液壓傳動(dòng) 在 發(fā)展現(xiàn)代工程機(jī)械的 過(guò)程中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色,數(shù)控車(chē)床中很多地方也用到液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),例如裝卡裝置和尾座頂緊裝置等。 數(shù)控 車(chē) 床 液壓 尾座 在液壓系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下進(jìn)行工作,其工作時(shí)主要 實(shí)現(xiàn)尾座的頂緊和加緊過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)尾座的液壓回路主要有液壓缸、調(diào)速閥、電磁閥、單向閥、溢流閥等組成,并充分考慮液壓系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)繪制出液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,選擇合適的液壓缸,計(jì)算出液壓泵的參數(shù),然后根據(jù)這些選擇合適的油箱、閥、油管和過(guò)濾器,最后再經(jīng)過(guò)精確驗(yàn)算來(lái)完設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)完整的液壓系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)控車(chē)床;尾座; 液壓系統(tǒng);液壓缸 II Abstract Hydraulic transmission in the process of development of modern engineering machinery plays a more and more important role, many places are also used in CNC lathe hydraulic transmission system, such as card device with and tailstock device, etc. Hydraulic tailstock of nc machine tool hydraulic system work under the actuator drive, to achieve the top of the tailstock and tightening process, design of hydraulic tailstock main hydraulic cylinder, speed regulating valve, solenoid valve, check valve, relief valve of hydraulic circuits, fully consider the advantages and disadvantages of the hydraulic system, hydraulic system design to map the schematic diagram, select the appropriate hydraulic cylinder, and calculated the parameters of the hydraulic pump, and then according to these to choose the appropriate fuel tanks, valves, tubing and filter, and then through the design of precise calculation to plete a hydraulic tailstock of the hydraulic system.
