民生銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問(wèn)題研究(已修改)

【正文】 民生銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理 存在的 問(wèn)題 及對(duì)策 內(nèi)容提要 作為 我國(guó)首家主要由非公有制企業(yè)入股的全國(guó)性股份制商業(yè)銀行 ,民生銀行成立 15 年來(lái),業(yè)務(wù)不斷地拓展,規(guī)模不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大, 效益 逐年遞增,并保持了良好的資產(chǎn)質(zhì) 。然而,不容忽視的是,金融危機(jī)給民生銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理敲響了警鐘,民生銀行脆弱的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系必須得到完善。本論文分析了民生銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為 民生銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理主要存 在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理認(rèn)識(shí)和理念上的差距 、 缺乏統(tǒng)一的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理念、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)尚不健全 、 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程不適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的要求 、 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理技術(shù)的相對(duì)落后 、 全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系尚未真正建立 等問(wèn)題 。 為此,筆者從整體角度提出了完善建議,包括 推行全行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理文化,實(shí)施全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、更新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工具 、 建立全方位的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng) 、 完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng) 、 健全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的隊(duì)伍建設(shè) 等 ,以期為促進(jìn)民生銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系的完善有所助益。 關(guān)鍵詞 :民生銀行;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理;問(wèn)題;對(duì)策 Abstract As our first major shareholder by nonpublic enterprises of the national shareholding mercial bank, minsheng bank established in the past 15 years, the business expand, the scale unceasingly expands, benefit continuously has been increasing, and maintain a good asset quality. However, not least, the financial crisis to minsheng bank risk management was a wakeup call, minsheng bank fragile risk management system must be improved. This thesis analyzes the minsheng bank risk management present situation and the existence question, think minsheng bank risk management mainly exist risk management knowledge and the idea the gap, lack of unified risk management concept, risk management anization structure is unsound, risk management processes will not meet the demand of the new situation, risk management technology is relatively backward, the overall risk management system has not yet set, etc., and therefore, the author put forward from the overall Angle improvement Suggestions, including implement relevant risk management culture, implement prehensive risk management, update risk management tools, build the entire risk monitoring system, perfect risk management information system, sound risk management team construction, so as to promote minsheng bank risk management system consummation help.
