體育論文:體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生“微型課“能力培養(yǎng)研究(已修改)

【正文】 體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生“微型課“能力培養(yǎng)研究 —— 以湖州師范學(xué)院為例 摘 要: 隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的建立和不斷完善,體育教育專業(yè)得到了迅速發(fā)展,其規(guī)模不斷擴大。但隨著社會對體育教師需求量的日益飽和,導(dǎo)致體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)難度逐漸加大。微型課以其受時間空間等因素的制約小,可操作性強等優(yōu)點,被廣泛應(yīng)用于教師招聘 。 本文通過問卷調(diào)查、文獻資料、訪問形式,對如何培養(yǎng)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的微型課認(rèn)知狀況及如何培養(yǎng)微型課能力進行調(diào)查并進行分析研究,結(jié)果表明:體育教育專業(yè)學(xué) 生對微型課的認(rèn)知較少,對微型課在體育教學(xué)應(yīng)用意識差,學(xué)校對微型課教學(xué)的措施、師資較少。而微型課卻被廣泛應(yīng)用于教師招聘,所以培養(yǎng)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的微型課培養(yǎng)有著重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵詞: 體育教育專業(yè);學(xué)生;微型課能力;培養(yǎng) A Study of the MiniLesson Teaching Ability Training for Physical Education Majors Take the Example of Huzhou Teachers College Zhangshiqing ( School of ., Huzhou Teacher’s College, Class 11031132) Abstract: With the establishment and perfecting of the socialist market economy, physical education major in college has been developing rapidly and quickly expands its size. However, the number of PE teachers has reached the saturation point for social demand, which leads to the increasing difficulty for students who major in physical education to find a job. With the advantage of the little restriction of time and space and the strong operability, mini lessons are widely used in the teacher recruitment. In this paper, the author used questionnaires, documents and access forms to find out how to cultivate the awareness of miniature course for students majoring in physical education as well as how to train them the ability of minilesson teaching. The results of the study showed that: Physical Education Majors knew little about the micro lesson and lacked the awareness of applying mini lecture in sports teaching. Meanwhile, colleges usually didn’t take enough measures and there were always not enough teachers to teach students this kind of ability. Since mini lessons are widely applied, it’s important to build physical education major students’ ability of minilesson teaching.
