,民營(yíng)企業(yè)該采取何種管理模式一直困擾著人們。理論界對(duì)眾多民 營(yíng)企業(yè)所采取的家長(zhǎng)式管理模式的看法莫衷一是,歧見主要在于對(duì)這種管理模式的合理性及其管理效率有不同的看法。有人對(duì)家長(zhǎng)式管理持充分肯定的態(tài)度,認(rèn)為該模式易于管理,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低,能夠使民營(yíng)企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展;也有人對(duì)家長(zhǎng)式管理持全盤否定的態(tài)度,主張民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行公司化改造,盡快突破家長(zhǎng)式管理,建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理模式。本文簡(jiǎn)單地?cái)⑹隽嗣駹I(yíng)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理模式的分析,在探討家長(zhǎng)式管理的適用性后,認(rèn)為民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理模式的采用與企業(yè)規(guī)模有關(guān),在企業(yè)規(guī)模較小時(shí),采取家長(zhǎng)式管理模式有利于民營(yíng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展;在企業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展到一定程 度后,必須采用與它相適應(yīng)的新型管理模式。既肯定了家長(zhǎng)式管理在特定條件下存在的積極意義,又注意分析其消極的一面,并在其適用條件下對(duì)其消極方面進(jìn)行規(guī)范,最后對(duì)現(xiàn)代型管理模式提出了一些初步的改建。 關(guān)鍵詞: 民營(yíng)企業(yè) 家長(zhǎng)式管理模式 現(xiàn)代型管理模式 適用階段分析 民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理模式的研究 1 Abstract For a long time, what managerial model the private business should adapt to always perplexes people. The theories field is in disagreement to the familystyle managerial model, which most private corporations adapt to. The disagreement primarily focuses on the reasonability of the managerial model and the managerial efficiency. Someone maintain affirmative attitude towards the familytype management, thinking the model is easy to manage, the running expense is low and can enable the private corporation develop quickly. But there are some other people holding pletely negative evaluation to it, laying claim that the familytype management should run the reform of being transformed into corporation. This text describes the present situation of the private corporation in brief, analyzing the managerial model of it, think that the adoption of managerial model of private corporation has something to do with the business enterprise scale and adopting to familystyle managerial model will benefit the development of the private corporation while the business enterprise scale is mall. But after business enterprise scale develops to certain extent, it is must to adopt new managerial model going along with it. We must see the positive aspect of the familystyle management in certain condition, noticing the negative aspect, and regular the negative aspects in suitable condition, finally we should e up some thought towards the construction of some new managerial model.
