【正文】 程 序 文 件 重慶英特空調(diào)有限公司 文件名稱： 設(shè)計控制程序 版次 頁次 發(fā)行日期 文件編號： AICQ/QP0401 B/0 1 9 20210110 1 1 目的 Objective 明確設(shè)計輸出滿足設(shè)計輸入的要求，確保本公司的設(shè)計項目符合顧客要求，使設(shè)計過程處于受控狀態(tài)。 Objective is to ensure design output equals design input, to ensure AICQ’s design projects conform to customers’ requirements, and ensure design process is in control. 2 適用范圍 Applicable Scope 適用于本 公司產(chǎn)品設(shè)計 /開發(fā)的策劃、輸入、輸出、評審、驗證及確認(rèn)。 This is applicable to AICQ product design/development planning, input, output, audit, verification, and confirmation. 3 職責(zé) Responsibility 總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)審批新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計 /開發(fā)立項申請。并任命橫向協(xié)調(diào)項目經(jīng)理。 General Manager responsible for examining and approving design/development application, appointing horizontal coordination Project Manager. 技術(shù)工程部經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計工作并負(fù)責(zé)對設(shè)計過程進(jìn)行控制。 Engineering Manager is responsible for implementing new product design and design process control. 設(shè)計小組負(fù)責(zé) Design Project Team responsible for: a. 制訂和確定新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、開發(fā)活動進(jìn)度計劃并具體實施。 Formulating and determining new product design, development schedule and implementing plan. b. 開發(fā)和評審設(shè)計失效模式及后果分析。 Developing and auditing Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA). c. 制定措施優(yōu)先減少風(fēng)險大的潛在失效模式。 Formulating actions to prioritize avoidance of potential failure mode with high risk identified in DFMEA. d. 制訂與評審樣件控制計劃。 Formulating and auditing sample part control plan. e. 確定關(guān)鍵特性和特殊特性。 Determining critical and special characteristics. f. 進(jìn)行設(shè)計驗證、設(shè)計評審和設(shè)計確認(rèn)。 Implementing design verification, design audit and design confirmation. g. 工程圖樣、工程規(guī)范、材料規(guī)范。 Engineering sample drawing, engineering specifications, and material specifications. 程 序 文 件 重慶英特空調(diào)有限公司 文件名稱： 設(shè)計控制程序 版次 頁次 發(fā)行日期 文件編號： AICQ/QP0401 B/0 2 9 20210110 2 4 4 工作程序 Work Procedures 當(dāng)有新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或產(chǎn)品改型任務(wù)時，橫向協(xié)調(diào)小組按《產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量先期策劃管理程序》完成項目前期準(zhǔn)備和項目的計劃定義工作后，就進(jìn)入了 產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計和開發(fā)階段。技術(shù)工程部負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計開發(fā)工作。由項目經(jīng)理任命設(shè)計開發(fā)小組成員，并任命設(shè)計小組組長。也可由項目經(jīng)理擔(dān)任設(shè)計小組組長。 When there are tasks of new product design and product remodeling, the coordination team shall, according to APQP Management Procedure, plete project initial preparations and definition about project plans, then it es to stage of product design and development, during which engineering manager is responsible for design and development. Design and development team members and the team leader are appointed by project manager, who can be team leader as well. 新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計與開發(fā)一般可分為設(shè)計策劃階段、設(shè)計開發(fā)階段 、樣件試制階段和設(shè)計確認(rèn)（定型鑒定）階段。產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)設(shè)計 ,視需要對上述階段和各階段工作任務(wù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。 New product design and development are normally divided into stages of design planning, design development, prototype trial making and design validation( design model validation review). As for product improving design, based on actual needs, adjustments will be made to the abovementioned stages and jobs and tasks. 產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和開發(fā)的策劃 Product design and development planning 設(shè)計小組組長負(fù)責(zé)制訂《產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃》，報項目經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)。產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時間應(yīng)先于顧客提出的時間 表，并和該項目的《 APQP 進(jìn)度計劃》一致。該計劃也可體現(xiàn)在《 APQP 進(jìn)度計劃》中。開發(fā)計劃應(yīng)包括開發(fā)階段工作任務(wù)、責(zé)任人員、進(jìn)度要求等內(nèi)容。 Design team leader is responsible for working out product development plan and submitting to project manager for approval. Product development timing should precede the time raised by customers, and accord with the project’s APQP Timing. Design plan can be embodied in APQP Timing.
