【正文】 東華理工 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 摘要 摘 要 2021 年以來(lái)， 受 全球 金融危機(jī)影響，我國(guó) 經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度放緩， 對(duì)外貿(mào)易增速明顯 回 落 ， 對(duì)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)依存度很高的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)也隨之進(jìn)入“寒冬”期。如何拓展生存和發(fā)展空間、抵御后危機(jī)時(shí)代威脅是 當(dāng)前 我國(guó) 國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)需要面對(duì)的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。 在這種貨代市場(chǎng)格局大變動(dòng)，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)不明朗的情況下， 我國(guó) 貨代行業(yè)的 現(xiàn)狀 表現(xiàn)在 中小貨代企業(yè)數(shù)量眾多，但競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并不強(qiáng)， 無(wú)法正面與國(guó)外進(jìn)入我國(guó)的許多實(shí)力強(qiáng)大，管理健全的貨代公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 中小貨代企業(yè) 面臨著缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、人才缺乏等問(wèn)題， 因而 需要 在 降低 各種可規(guī)避 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，完善服務(wù)體系 ，加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)，從多方面積極探尋發(fā)展 新出路 。 本文 以廣州冠捷貨運(yùn)代理公司為例。先從本國(guó)和 地區(qū) 的兩個(gè)方面分析貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，尤其是我國(guó)中小貨代公司在當(dāng)前的后經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)時(shí)代的現(xiàn)狀。 然后 重點(diǎn)論述了冠捷貨代公司，從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、技術(shù)四個(gè)方面和 產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu) 分析冠捷公司的外部環(huán)境。 接著 從公司 現(xiàn)狀 ，業(yè)務(wù)能力分析公司當(dāng)前的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，即公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析。作為中小企業(yè)，必然面臨著深入發(fā)展，做大做強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題，本文以 SWOT 分析法，第三方物流，對(duì)公司進(jìn)行發(fā)展設(shè)計(jì)，并在把握相關(guān)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)的同時(shí)對(duì)公司將來(lái)的發(fā)展提出對(duì)策 ，指明方向 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理 。 中小企業(yè) 。 第三方物流 。 SWOT 分析 。 核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力 東華理工 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Since 2021, the global financial crisis, slowing China39。s economic development, foreign trade growth rate dropped significantly, highly dependent on the import and export business of international freight forwarding pany also entered the winter period. How to expand the living and development space, against the threat of postcrisis era is a severe test the current international freight forwarding business in China to face. At the market structure in which major changes in freight forwarding, global economic situation uncertain, the status of the performance of the China’s freight forwarding industry is in the large number of small and medium sized freight forwarding panies, but petition is not strong, and can not peted with many of abroad powerful, management healthy freight forwarding pany. Small and medium enterprises are facing a lack of freight core petitiveness, the lack of qualified personnel and other issues, thus need to development of ways to actively explore a new way reducing the avoid all possible risks, improve the service system, strengthen personnel training. In this paper, Guanjie freight forwarding panies in Guangzhou as example. Start with two aspects of domestic and regional status of freight forwarding industry, especially small and medium sized freight forwarding pany in China after the economic crisis in the current era of the status quo. Then focuses on the Guanjie freight forwarding pany, from the economic, political, cultural, technological and industrial structure of the four aspects of Guanjie39。s external environment. Then, from the pany status, operational capabilities of the pany39。s current strengths and weaknesses, that the pany39。s internal environmental analysis. As small and medium enterprises, inevitably to face the further development of the problem bigger and stronger, this paper using SWOT analysis, third party logistics, the design of the development pany, and in the grasp of the relevant advantages and disadvantages of both the future development of the pany to propose a solution, direction.
