河南理工大學本科畢業(yè)論文 The genral stf(1mpoyidvc,uh)0jb。5wT 摘要 自上世紀八十年代,中國恢復人壽保險業(yè)務經營,壽險業(yè)經歷了突飛猛進的發(fā)展, 2021 年全年壽險業(yè)實現(xiàn)保費收入 萬億元,保險密度人均 112美元,保險深度 %,壽險企業(yè)達到 156 家。 中國保險業(yè)保費收入位列全球第七位, 保險行業(yè)逐漸成為國民經濟發(fā)展的生力軍。在推動壽險業(yè)發(fā)展的背后,壽險營銷人員起到了積極的推動作用。然而現(xiàn)行的營銷員代理制度在運行中出現(xiàn)了一系列的問題,這些問題關系到營銷員的切身利益,關系到壽險業(yè)的長期發(fā)展,關系到社會的和諧穩(wěn)定。本文從保險代理理論出發(fā),縱觀世界發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)的保險 代理人制度,結合我國現(xiàn)行的營銷員代理制度,分析我國壽險營銷代理制度存在的缺陷,最后提出 了完善中國保險代理制度內容和實施機制的對策。 關鍵詞 :保險代理人 ; 營銷員 ; 法律地位 ; 法律責任 The genral stf(1mpoyidvc,uh)0jb。5wT2 ABSTRACT Stateowned enterprises in our country39。s national economy, occupies an important position in the Chinese economy is the important pillar of stateowned enterprises , the perfect governance structure of the reform of stateowned enterprises in China has been one of the problem. Since the reform and opening up, China39。s stateowned enterprises always follow the governance structure of equity supreme mode, in order to safeguard the interests of the shareholders of big country, and ignore other stakeholder interests, leading to the governance structure of the stateowned enterprises in China, there are many problems, such as unreasonable, shareholders39。 equity structure and internal power nonexisting overlapping anizations inefficient, lack of independence, the supervision board, lack of operator insider control, the incentiverestricted mechanism, etc. So this text thinks governance structure of stateowned enterprises in China should be from the former equity supreme mode stakeholder mode to change, the pany law of the People39。s Republic of China on the basis of such laws, perfecting the legislation of stateowned enterprises, thus make our stateowned enterprise management structure, handle the work by the shareholders meeting or board, board of supervisors, and senior management personnel and worker stakeholder, and the relationship between the structure of the stateowned enterprise management to further improve the discussion.
