The exact extraction amounts of Lead (Pb) 、 Cadmium (Cd) 、 Nickel (Ni) and Chromium (Cr) have been systematically analyzed under different acidic species (3%Acetic acid、 4%Acetic acid、 8% Nitric acid、 20% Lactic acid)， extraction temperatures(17℃ 、 25℃ 、 40℃ 、 60℃ 、 85℃ ) and hours(、 1h、 2h、 10h、 24h), extraction of area and volume ratio(1： 1： 1： 、 1： 、 1： ). It indicated that the metallic extraction has positive correlation with those factors. The result obtained will be very helpful for understanding and paring the domestic standards with the foreign standards on testing materials intended to e into contact with foodstuffs.
