Mainly work is the design of overall and the right headstock. According to the request of construction features, processing spot, size precision, surface roughness and productivity that diesel engine gear chamber cap, sets the machine tool for single location horizontal type modular machine tool. In order to guarantee the processing precision, the localization plan use two sells and a surface. In order to implement the stepless speed regulation, safe is reliable, therefore choice hydraulic pressure sliding table. According the size of ponents and the position of the hole that is processed to set the overall size of the headstock. Choicing ball bearing spindle by processing craft. The spindle and drive shaft diameter is decided through putation torque. The gear modulus is decided through the correlation method. The gear mentions and the position of intermediate propeller shaft is decided by the means putation, mapping and tries to collect many times. Calculates the coordinates of the spindle and drive shaft and checking the center distance, determined department spindle must use dislodges the gear. The ponents of tooth wheel cover, key and so on that in axis select standard letter by the corresponding number. The modular machine tool of this project design use “two sells and one surface” to locate , hydraulic press and clamps. In the situation of one clamp, the holes three surface of the diesel engine gear chamber cap, are guaranteed the processing precision, is enhanced the production efficiency, is increased worker39。s labor intensity. Moreover during the design, the standard parts are selected as far as possible, reduced the production cost and increased the economic efficiency. 3 Key words: modular machine tool headstock spindle drive shaft gear chamber cap 1 前言 全套圖紙及更多設(shè)計請聯(lián)系 : 360702501 組合機床是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以大量通用部件為基礎(chǔ),配以少量專用部件組成的一種高效率專用機床。目前,組合機床主要用于平面加工和孔加工兩類工序。平面加工包括銑平面、锪(刮)平面、車平面;孔加工包括鉆、擴、鉸、鏜孔以及倒角、切槽、攻螺紋、锪沉孔滾壓孔等。隨著綜合自動化的發(fā)展,其工藝范圍正擴大到車外圓、行星銑削、拉削、推削、磨削、珩磨及拋光、沖壓等工序。此外,還可以完成焊接、熱處理、自動裝配和檢測、清洗和零件分類及打印等非切削工作。 組合機床在汽車、拖拉 機、柴油機、電機、儀器儀表、軍工及縫紉機、自行車等輕工行業(yè)大批大量生產(chǎn)中已經(jīng)獲得廣泛的應(yīng)用;一些中小批量生產(chǎn)是企業(yè),如機床、機車、工程制造業(yè)中也已推廣應(yīng)用。組合機床最適宜于加工各種大中型箱體類零件,如汽缸蓋、汽缸體、變速箱體、電機座及儀表殼等零件;也可用來完成軸套類、輪盤類、叉架類和蓋板類零件的部分或全部工序的加工。 組合機床的設(shè)計,目前基本上有兩種情況:其一,是根據(jù)具體加工對象的具體情況進行專門設(shè)計,這是當(dāng)前最普遍的做法。其二,隨著組合機床在我國機械行業(yè)的廣泛使用,廣大工人總結(jié)自己生產(chǎn)和使用組合
