【正文】 供應鏈管理下的采購研究 潘艷波 學位授予單位 :天津大學 。學科專業(yè) :工商管理 摘要 供應鏈管理思想給處于挑戰(zhàn)下的制造業(yè)帶來了希望。利潤是企業(yè)的生命 ,實施供應鏈管理的終極目的就 是增強企業(yè)的競爭力 ,進而實現(xiàn)更高的利潤。采購環(huán)節(jié)是連接企業(yè)與供應鏈上游外部企業(yè)的銜接點。企業(yè)的 生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程就是物資的消費過程 ,要使生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程周而復始、不間斷地進行 ,就需要不斷地從市場購進物 資 ,以補充生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中對原材料、半成品等的需要 。采購的原料及零部件成本占企業(yè)總成本的比重居高不 下 ,采購成本控制是提高企業(yè)利潤的重要手段之一 。關于對產(chǎn)成品價值的增值 ,易耗消費品、耐用消費品和復 合制造型生產(chǎn)品的采購環(huán)節(jié)的增值作用均大于或等于生產(chǎn)和銷售環(huán)節(jié) ,采購對供應鏈的價值貢獻是顯著的。 另外采購與庫存密切相關 ,要實現(xiàn)降低庫存 ,就必然要重視采購環(huán)節(jié)。 基于上述這樣的背景 ,本文首先對供應鏈和供應鏈管理的基礎理論知識作了概述 ,并介紹了供應鏈和供 應鏈管理的概念、特點及其類別和相關的研究內(nèi)容。然后結(jié)合制造企業(yè)面臨的新的挑戰(zhàn) ,概述了供應鏈管理 思想及制造企業(yè)發(fā)展供應鏈管理的五個階段。在本文的第三章 ,從采購在供應鏈中的地位、采購對控制成本 的意義和采購在價 值鏈中的作用等方面 ,對采購的重要性進行了闡述 ,并對供應鏈管理下的采購、采購管理的 定義和采購組織的形態(tài)進行了解釋。接下來在分析影響采購策略的內(nèi)外部因素、回顧三大類采購策略理論 地基礎上 ,根據(jù)制造業(yè)供應鏈管理發(fā)展的五個階段 ,從策略、目標、組織、人員、信息技術、供應商六個方面 對五個階段下的采購策略特征進行了探討。在第四章中 ,介紹了供應鏈管理前提下企業(yè)間的合作關系的概念 , 以及合作伙伴關系給企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的益處和存在的風險。在第五章中 ,結(jié)合 A公司的實際情況 ,對其供應鏈 管理與采購戰(zhàn)略展開具體討論 ,分析了其供應鏈管 理與采購的現(xiàn)狀 ,針對存在的問題和不足之處 ,提出了改進 采購管理策略。 關鍵詞：供應鏈 。供應鏈管理 。采購管理 。采購策略 。庫存 。供應鏈合作關系 中圖分類號： F274 Abstract The method of supply chain management brings the new hope to manufacturing under is the life of an to achieve higher profit,the final purpose of supply chain management is to improve the petition capability of or procurement is one chain,which connects a pany with its outer ,the production management of the business enterprise is the consumption process of the material maintain the production roundtheclock,the constant material supply is a must in plement to the demand of the original material,semiprocessed goods ,the costs of original material and parts take a big share in the whole control of the procurement costs is an efficient way to increase ,from a study of the valueadded contribution of three segments:procurement,production, marketing,it can be concluded that the role of procurement outweighs the other from above,original material procurement is closely related to is essential for a manufacturer to attach more importance to procurement so as to realize the decrease of storage. Under the upper background,firstly,it introduces the basic theory and concept of supply chain and supply chain it introduces the five phases of supply of supply chain management according to thentroduces the importance of purchase in the cost control and value chain and the definition of purchase,purchase management and purchase on the five development phases of manufacturing,it introduces the purchase tactics in tactics,target,anization,staff,information and the fourth chapter,it introduces the concept of cooperation among enterprises,the risk and benefit that will bring to enterprises through the supply chain the fifth chapter,it discusses the supply chain management and purchase strategy according to the fact of A the analysis of A pany’supply chain and purchase management,it provides the improved purchase tactics according to the shortings.
