Logistics in economic and social development as an important and inseparable part, while low carbon logistics development, as a logistics development direction, on the economy and environment harmonious development provides a path. However, the actual development of low carbon logistics based ChangZhuTan, has the very big disparity and the economic and social development, which requires us to the development of ChangZhuTan lowcarbon logistics and understanding, thinking about how to improve and upgrade the ChangZhuTan lowcarbon logistics development strategy. This paper based on the actual investigation, in the full understanding and knowledge of the actual situation of Chang Zhu Tan on the development of low carbon logistics, according to the long line of two oriented society construction of the development of low carbon logistics Tan and the existing problems, from the two aspects of model and approach of low carbon logistics development, put forward the the development strategy of some constructive, hope for the development of low carbon logistics of Chang Zhu Tan help.
