洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 日產(chǎn) 5000 噸 水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)(粉磨)工藝設(shè)計(jì) — 參數(shù) 2 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì) 5000t/d 熟料新型干法生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)(粉磨 )的工藝設(shè)計(jì), 水泥粉磨是水泥制造的最后工序, 其主要功能在于將水泥熟料 (及緩凝劑、性能調(diào)節(jié)材料等 )粉磨至適宜的粒度 (以細(xì)度、比表面積等表示 ),形成一定的顆粒級(jí)配,增大其水化面積,加速水化速率,滿(mǎn)足水泥漿體凝結(jié),硬化要求。 本次設(shè)計(jì) 在 配料計(jì)算 基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了 物料平衡 、儲(chǔ)庫(kù)平衡、主機(jī)平衡 計(jì)算 ,并以此為依據(jù),對(duì)全廠儲(chǔ)庫(kù) 、主機(jī)及輔機(jī) 進(jìn)行了 選型 和工藝布置 ; 重點(diǎn)對(duì)水泥粉磨 進(jìn)行了工藝計(jì)算、設(shè)備規(guī)格設(shè)計(jì)、工藝布置 設(shè)計(jì) 。 采用的是目前大多數(shù)大型水泥生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)水泥粉磨系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)選方案之一,即帶輥壓機(jī)的擠壓聯(lián)合水泥粉磨系統(tǒng), 最大限度的降低能耗 ,設(shè)計(jì)熟料燒成能耗 2950kJ/kg, 減少基建投資,又最大限度的提高產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量,做到環(huán)保,技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)先進(jìn)、合理。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 水泥廠 設(shè)計(jì) , 水泥擠壓聯(lián)合粉磨 , 球磨機(jī) , 輥壓機(jī) 洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II 5000 T/D CEMENT CLINKER PRODUCTION LINE ( GRINDING) PROCESS DESIGNTWO PARAMETERS ABSTRACT This design is aim at the end of kiln technics for 5000t/d ripe material new type dry process calcinations workshop. Cement grinding is at the end of the cement manufacture process. Its main function is to cement clinker grinding to suitable particle. Form certain particle grading. Increase its hydration area, accelerate the hydration rate, and satisfy the Cement slurry condensation, the hardening requirements. This design carried on the material balance, reservoir balance and host balance calculation which were based on the calculation of the ingredients, and as a basis, the whole plant reservoir, main and auxiliary machinery having been selected and carried on the layout process。 and then it was carried on the process calculation, equipment specification design, process layout design which were focus on the Cement grinding. Using the most current largescale cement production line cement grinding system one of the preferred options, with a roller press to squeeze the Joint cement grinding system, it could maximum decrease the energy consumption, energy consumption for clinker design 2950kJ/kg, investment of capital construction, in the same time, it also maximum enhance the yield and quality, satisfy the requirement of protecting environment and make the technical economic index advanced and reasonable.
