佳木斯大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 論文題目 4000t/d 水泥熟料預分解窯熟料粉磨系統(tǒng)的初步設(shè)計 學 院 年 級 專 業(yè) 學生姓名 學 號 指導教師 佳木斯大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 論文題目 4000t/d 水泥熟料預分解窯熟料粉磨系統(tǒng)的初步設(shè)計 學 院 材料科學與工程 年 級 專 業(yè) 無機非金屬材料工程 學生姓名 學 號 指導教師 佳木斯大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘 要 水泥粉磨是水泥成品制備的重要工藝過程,它直接影響水泥質(zhì)量的好壞 ,因此水泥粉磨車間的設(shè)計在整個的水泥廠的設(shè)計中是很重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。本論文就 4000 t/d(日產(chǎn)4000 噸)噸硅酸鹽水泥工廠水泥粉磨車間進行設(shè)計,根據(jù)相關(guān)文獻以及對產(chǎn)量要求對水泥的配料方案、三大平衡(物料平衡、主機平衡、儲庫平衡)和水泥粉磨車間系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的選型進行設(shè)計與計算,并據(jù)此對水泥粉磨車間的主要粉磨設(shè)備以及其相關(guān)的附屬設(shè)備(選粉機、收塵器等)的型號進行了選擇。本次設(shè)計秉著力求使產(chǎn)品達到 “優(yōu)質(zhì)、環(huán)保、節(jié)能 ”的原則,對生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)方案以及粉磨車間設(shè)備進行了仔細的斟酌與取舍,并做出了生產(chǎn)總體布置平面圖和水泥粉 磨系統(tǒng)工藝布置圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 :水泥,工廠設(shè)計, 4000t/d 佳木斯大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract Cement plant design is a very important aspect. This thesis on 4000 t / d (Nissan 4000 tons) tons of Portland cement factory cement grinding plant design, according to the relevant literature as well as production req Cement grinding is finished cement important preparation process, which directly affects the quality of cement is good or bad, so the design of cement grinding plant in the whole of the uirements for cement batching scheme, the three balance (material balance, the host balancing reservoir balance) and cement grinding plant equipment selection system design and calculation, and accordingly cement grinding plant on the main grinding equipment and its associated ancillary equipment (separator, dust collector, etc.) models were selection. This design holds strive to make products to achieve quality, environmental protection, energy conservation, the principle of the production technology programs and grinding workshop equipment were carefully consider the tradeoffs, and make the overall layout of the production plan and cement grinding system process layout.
