( 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 題 目: 、窯中車間工藝設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 : 化 工 學(xué) 院 系 別: 無 機(jī) 非 金 屬 材 料 工 程 系 專 業(yè): 無 機(jī) 非 金 屬 材 料 工 程 班 級: 非 金 屬 093 內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 摘要 水泥是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)材料,水泥工業(yè)是重化工工業(yè),它的特點(diǎn)是對礦產(chǎn)資源的依存性大,物料儲運(yùn)量多,能量消耗高。水泥作為建筑工業(yè)的三大基本材料之一,使用廣,用量大,素有“建筑工業(yè)的糧食”之稱。 當(dāng)代最先進(jìn)的水泥生產(chǎn)技術(shù)是新型干法預(yù)分解技術(shù)。預(yù)分解技術(shù)室指原料入回轉(zhuǎn)窯前現(xiàn)在預(yù)熱器內(nèi)進(jìn)行預(yù)熱與均化,在分解爐內(nèi)進(jìn)行碳酸鈣的分解。從而達(dá)到使回轉(zhuǎn)窯的效率得到最大的提高。根據(jù)內(nèi)蒙地區(qū)需求量與產(chǎn)量的分析,本設(shè)計(jì)題目確定為,窯中工藝設(shè)計(jì)。 設(shè)計(jì)首先進(jìn)行配料計(jì)算,物料平衡,主機(jī)平衡,儲庫平衡,物料與熱量平衡的計(jì)算和車間的計(jì)算。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行燒成窯頭,窯中車間主要設(shè)備選型。其中包括,回轉(zhuǎn)窯規(guī)格確定,冷卻機(jī)的選型設(shè)計(jì),風(fēng)機(jī)的選型設(shè)計(jì),電收塵的選型設(shè)計(jì),破碎機(jī)的選型設(shè)計(jì),最終確定了水泥廠燒成窯頭,窯中的工藝設(shè)置及布置。 關(guān)鍵詞:水泥,配料計(jì)算,熱工計(jì)算,窯頭窯中工藝設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)備選型。 內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 Abstract Cement is the basic material of the national economy, the cement industry is a heavy chemical industry, it is characterized by the dependence on mineral resources, material storage quantity, high energy consumption.
