第 1 頁 設計總說明 本設計是 3000t/d 熟料水泥生產(chǎn)線生料粉磨系統(tǒng)工藝設計。生料磨采用立式輥磨機。 生料 干燥介質來自于預熱器出口的廢氣。粉磨采用三風機系統(tǒng) 。根據(jù) 當?shù)氐?原、燃料 實際 條件,依據(jù)其 化學 成份 和設計 要求的熟料組成,通過計算 原料的配比 及 生料的消耗,得出生料粉磨系統(tǒng)的 實際 生產(chǎn)能力。 該 設計針 對粉磨系統(tǒng)進行了 詳細 計算 說明,其中包括物料平衡,熱量平衡 ,風量平衡及主、輔機的平衡及選型, 設計中充分考慮 通風和除塵。設計提交了工藝流程圖 1 張,平剖面圖 6 張 ,設備表 1 份 。 關鍵詞 :生料粉磨 , 立磨, 設備選型 , 工藝 設計 , 配料計算 第 2 頁 Design Description This design is related to raw material grinding of the 3000t/d cement production line. The vertical roller mill in which grinding, drying and separating are bined has good performance in drying and grinding. The process unit is mature. The three air blower system is equipped. According to the crude fuel chemical position and design clinker position, the raw material proportions and the raw material consume and the productivity requested of the raw material grinding system’s are calculated. The gas and the dust removal system are designed according to the putation of grinding system’s hot working parameter. The design has submitted flow chart 1 and horizontal section chart 6.
