成都 工業(yè)學(xué)院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 (論 文) 設(shè)計(論文)題目: 輸液配藥機機械設(shè)計 系 部 名 稱: 機電工程系 專 業(yè): 數(shù)控技術(shù)專業(yè) 班 級: 09423 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 鄭蛟友 學(xué) 號: 11 號 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 李華志老師 二 O 一二年 五 月 Ⅰ 摘要 目前國內(nèi)輸液配藥多用人工配藥的方式。由人工實現(xiàn),在集中配液時人工強度大,反復(fù)抽吸易污染,多此穿刺輸液瓶口會使不溶性微粒數(shù)量增加,并且配藥過程中無記錄和核對程序,潛在的出錯幾率大,容易造成醫(yī)患糾紛。智能化臨床輸液配藥機可以很好的解決這些問題。 本次設(shè)計的題目為輸液配藥機機械設(shè)計 。 由于 智能化臨床輸液配藥機才剛剛起步,本次設(shè)計也只是一種嘗試,設(shè)計過程中沒有很多的參考資料,輸液配藥機的功能也不是很完善,設(shè)計過程中沒有進行強度的校核。本次設(shè)計的內(nèi)容包括方案的比較確定,各 個零件的設(shè)計裝配,如軸類零件的設(shè)計、殼體的設(shè)計、標準件的選用、各種簡單的計算、公差的確定、配合類型的選擇等等。 關(guān)鍵詞: 機械配藥 零件設(shè)計 標準選用 公差 輸液Ⅱ Abstract At present domestic infusion medicine dispensing with artificial dispensing mode. By artificial realization, in concentrated liquid of artificial intensity, repeated aspiration of easy pollution, the puncture infusion bottle can make the quantity of insoluble particles increases, and the dispensing process without recording and checking program, potential error probability is big, easy to cause the dispute between doctors and patients. Intelligent clinical transfusion medicine dispensing machine can solve these problems very well. This design topic for transfusion medicine dispensing machine design. As a result of intelligent clinical transfusion medicine dispensing machine has just started, the design is a kind of attempt, the design process is not a lot of reference, transfusion medicine dispensing machine function is not very perfect, the design process is not strength check. This design includes plan parison to determine the various parts of the design, assembly, such as shaft parts design, housing design, standard parts of the selection, a variety of simple calculation, determination of tolerance, with the type of choice and so on.
