【正文】 Abstract i 基于 BBOSS的銷售代理管理子系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn) 摘要 近幾年，隨著中國經(jīng)濟和電信產業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，中國移動發(fā)展迅猛，網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模不斷擴大，技術設備水平逐步提高，客戶群體每年以翻番的速度增長。其中，浙江移動的用戶數(shù)已高達 5000萬人以上。日益壯大的集團代理商隊伍， 使得 浙江 移動的商業(yè)客戶業(yè)務運營支撐系統(tǒng) —— BBOSS 對集團代理商 的支撐問題 日益突出， 在 BBOSS內建立 銷售代理 管理子系統(tǒng) 迫在眉睫。 本文 首先對 BBOSS 進行了深入的研究， 包括三層體系結構、各模塊 間 的 業(yè)務關系 、 接口的設計和與周邊系統(tǒng)的關系等 ，掌握BBOSS 的總體設計。 然后對 浙江 各地市代理商的需求進行透徹的分析 ， 總結出子系統(tǒng)的功能 模塊 。 接著在 現(xiàn)有 BBOSS 的基礎上提出子系統(tǒng)的設計 方案 。 最后根據(jù)設計，完成子系統(tǒng)的編碼實現(xiàn)和測試工作 。 目前 銷售 代理 子系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入實際應用 ，并取得了一定的效果，提高了集團代理商的工作效率 ， 為浙江移動增加了效益。 關鍵詞： 浙江移動 ， BBOSS， 銷售代理 管理子系統(tǒng) ，三層體系結構 浙江大學碩士學位論文 Abstract ii Abstract In recent years, as the rapid development of China’s economy and the telemunication industry, China Mobile is developing rapidly, expanding its works, raising the level of technical equipment and increasing the number of customers at the double annual rate. Among which, Zhejiang Mobile’ s users has reached more than 50 million people. With the growing of the group agent, Zhejiang Mobile’s Business amp。 Operation Support System for Business Customer, which is called BBOSS, has bee increasingly prominent on the support of group agents. At first, this article makes an indepth study on BBOSS, including threetier system structure, business relations between different modules, the relationship between interface design and the surrounding system and so on, in order to grasp the overall design of BBOSS. Then, it makes a thorough analysis on the needs of agents around the cities in Zhejiang and sums up the function module of subsystems.
