齊 齊 哈 爾 大 學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目 柴油機(jī)齒輪室蓋鉆鏜專機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì)及其夾具設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 成 績 2 年 月 15 日 齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) I 摘 要 為保證 ZH1105W 柴油機(jī)齒輪室蓋孔加工及保證相應(yīng)的位置精度,設(shè)計(jì)一臺鉆鏜組合機(jī)床。在完成 “ 三圖一卡 ” 的基礎(chǔ)上,完成夾具設(shè)計(jì)。 考慮該零件有較高精度的孔需要加工,定位基準(zhǔn)選擇 “ 一面雙 銷 ” 是最佳的方法。選擇通用導(dǎo)套,保證零件上孔的位置精度。選用液壓滑臺來保證所需要的進(jìn)給力。動力箱和機(jī)床底座都是經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的計(jì)算后再選擇合適的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件??紤]到需要的夾緊力比較大和手動夾緊的局限性,選用了液壓自動夾緊的方案。 此次設(shè)計(jì)的組合機(jī)床,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維護(hù)方便,大量使用了通用部件來降低制造成本,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 :齒輪室蓋 。組合機(jī)床 。總體設(shè)計(jì) 。夾具 齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) II Abstract To ensure ZH1105W holes diesel engine gear cover processing and ensure accuracy of the positions corresponding to design a bench drill boring bination machine. The bination of machine tool design, simple structure, easy maintenance, heavy use of the mon ponents to reduce manufacturing costs, meet the design requirements.
