【正文】 上海工程技術大學畢業(yè)設計（論文） 我國成品油供應鏈流通模式研究 1 摘 要 在 當今 競爭日趨激烈的成品油市場環(huán)境中 ， 我國成品油供應鏈流通面臨的現(xiàn)狀是 煉油企業(yè)與石油銷售企業(yè)之間職能劃分的限制，以及銷售企業(yè)內部管理層間管理目標的不一致， 流通環(huán)節(jié)被人為分割、供應鏈條斷裂，制約了產銷一體化供應鏈的優(yōu)化運行 ， 而且必會隨著市場競爭的加劇而越演越烈。來自國外的經驗表明，在成品油流通中實施供應鏈管理能夠有效地協(xié)調供應鏈不同環(huán)節(jié)點之間的利益、降低供應鏈物流成本、提高供應鏈整體的運作效率。在此背景下 ,梳理我國成品油的主要模式 ,分析不同流通模式的績效及其影響因素 ,提出如何構建適合我國國情的基 于供應鏈管理的成品油流通模式就成為一個亟待解決的現(xiàn)實問題了。 成品油是我國化工品大流通的重要組成部分，但是我國成品油流通成本高，流通損耗嚴重，產品附加值低，成品油的生產者 — 煉油廠增產不增收，而且“油荒”現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生，其根本原因是我國成品油流通體系不完善。 近年來，隨著我國經濟的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高，國內成品油的消費者不再滿足于產品數(shù)量的供給，而是追求質量、安全、方便等，這對我國成品油的流通也提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下，如何改善成品油品質、提高成品油的流通效率就顯得尤為迫切。 基于供應鏈管理的成品 油流通模式是在應用現(xiàn)代物流管理技術的基礎上，解決成品油流通中涉及市場信息、中介組織、加工配送、產品銷售上海工程技術大學畢業(yè)設計（論文） 我國成品油供應鏈流通模式研究 2 等問題的方法。而基于供應鏈管理的以成品油批發(fā)市場為核心的流通模式、以加油站為核心的流通模式的有效運行將提高我國成品油的流通效率，協(xié)調流通主體之間的利益關系，降低流通成本，促進我國成品油經濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 關鍵詞： 供應鏈管理，成品油，流通模式 上海工程技術大學畢業(yè)設計（論文） 我國成品油供應鏈流通模式研究 3 Research on chain circulation pattern of China39。s refined oil supply Abstract In the increasingly fierce petition in the refined oil market environment, supply chain flow situation facing China39。s refined oil is the function of the limit between refineries and oil sales enterprise, inconsistent and sales enterprise internal management layer management target, circulation is artificially divided, supply chain fracture, constraining the optimization operation of production and marketing supply chain integration, and will be with the aggravation of the market petition and the more and more fierce.
