摘要 白城師范學院 畢業(yè)論文(設計) 我國高校教育學費標準的探討與研究 Education tuition standard discussion and research in colleges and universities 學科專業(yè):數學與應用數學專業(yè) 所在單位: 數學學院 摘要 基于高等教育機會的公平和收益,受教育者應繳納學費。作為準公共產品的高等教育服務,其學費不是高等教育服務的價格,而是高等教育服務的成本分擔。高等學校培養(yǎng)學生的成本,大多數居民收入水平決 定的支付能力,是確定學費標準的基本依據。學費聽證會是政府確定學費標準的有效形式。當學費達到一定水平時,學費減免。助學金、獎學金、學生勤工助學和學生助學貸款等形式的學生資助政策,是緩解高等教育機會不公平的重要手段。 關鍵詞: 高等教育;教育成本;居民收入;學生資助 。Abstract Abstract Higher education opportunities and benefits based on fairness, education should pay tuition.
