【正文】 東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學學士學位論文 全自動馬鈴薯淀粉含量測定機設(shè)計 學生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 所在院系:工程學院 所學專業(yè):農(nóng)業(yè)機械化及其自動化 研究方向:農(nóng)業(yè)工程 東 北 農(nóng) 業(yè) 大 學 中國 哈爾濱 NEAU Dissertation of Bachelor Degree Number:A07090218 The Research on Transmission Equipment of Welding Robot Student Name: Li Xingxing Department and faculty: Engineering College Major: Specialty on Mechanization and Automatization of Agricultrue Orientation: Mechanical Design Northeast Agricultural University HarbinChina May 2020 摘要 I 摘 要 隨著人民生活水平的不斷提高,高檔次的食品需求量越來越大。由于精制馬鈴薯淀粉它成糊后粘度高、成糊穩(wěn)定、晶瑩透明、有較強粘彈性,是舉世公認的食品行業(yè)偉大的“綠色建筑材料”!同時它還廣泛的應(yīng)用于化工、紡織、醫(yī)藥、飼料、造紙、石油等行業(yè),因而對它的淀粉含量要求也就越來越高。設(shè)計馬鈴薯淀粉儀也就迫在眉睫,在設(shè)計馬鈴薯含量淀粉儀的時候,用兩個步進電機提供動力,確保旋轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)位置精度,電機與旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置的連接是通過齒輪直接嚙合。電機 1 通過齒輪來控制旋轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)的旋轉(zhuǎn),再通過旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置上的掛鉤獲取載物塊送至測量裝置。電機 2 同樣 也是與旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置 2 齒輪直接嚙合,通過旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置上的掛鉤從測量裝置獲取試樣,再通過逆旋轉(zhuǎn)摘除試樣,完成整個動力傳遞過程。馬鈴薯淀粉含量的測定,傳統(tǒng)的馬鈴薯淀粉含量的測定勞動強度大、效率低、人工誤差大,目前我國的馬鈴薯淀粉含量的自動化機械監(jiān)測水平相對落后。本設(shè)計針對這一問題,設(shè)計了馬鈴薯淡粉含量自動測定儀,實現(xiàn)了馬鈴薯淀粉含量測定的自動化,提高了測定效率。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 馬鈴薯;淀粉含量測定;步進電機;密度測淀粉 Abstract II The Design of Automatic Potato Starh Content Determination Machine Abstract With the continuous improvement of people39。s living standard, high grade food demand more and more of its refined potato starch paste viscosity high, into paste stability, glittering and translucent and transparent , has the strong viscoelastic, is universally acknowledged the food industry green building materials great!
