【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)、創(chuàng)作） 題 目： 小微企業(yè)融資困境和對(duì)策分析 ii 小微企業(yè)融資困境和對(duì)策分析 摘 要 小微企業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中具有特殊的重要地位。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，中小企業(yè)中 90%屬于小微企業(yè)。截至 2020 年上半年，我國(guó)中小企業(yè)（含小微企業(yè)）對(duì)中國(guó) GDP 貢獻(xiàn)超過(guò) 60%，創(chuàng)造稅收比超過(guò) 50%，提供超過(guò) 70%的就業(yè)崗位，并創(chuàng)造了中國(guó) 80%的城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)。重視和扶持小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展是政府 的一項(xiàng)重要課題。 2020 年，全國(guó)多個(gè)地區(qū)的小微企業(yè)發(fā)生債務(wù)危機(jī)，資金鏈斷裂，企業(yè)倒閉，老 板 “跑路 ”，小微企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻的融資問(wèn)題。雖然國(guó)家先后出臺(tái)了一系列扶持小微企業(yè)的政策，使小微企業(yè)的融資困境得到了一定的改善，但融資難依然是制約小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性因素。因而對(duì)小微企業(yè)的融資困境進(jìn)行研究并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文將著重分析小微企業(yè)融資困境的現(xiàn)狀及其成因。并在借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合中國(guó)國(guó)情，提出相應(yīng)的一些有效的解決策略。 關(guān)鍵詞：小微企業(yè)；發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；商業(yè)銀行； 有效 對(duì)策 iii Research on the Financing Difficulties of the Small and MicroEnterprises and Relative Countermeasures Abstract Small and micro enterprises are important ponents of China’s economy and they play an important role in country’s development. According to the latest record, 90% of mediumsized and small enterprises are small and micro enterprises. By the first half year of 2020, mediumsized and small enterprises have contributed more than 60% of our GDP, produced more than 50% of tax revenue, provided about 70% of the job supply, and led to a high town employment of 80%. As a result, it has been an important task for government to support and improve the development of small and micro 2020, many small and micro enterprises broke out because of financing crisis, capital chain rupture, business insolvency, and boss’ away. So no one can deny that small and micro enterprises are facing severe financing problems. Government has put forward a series of policies on them and the situation is also improved to some extent, but difficulty on financing is still the most important factor that limits the development of small and micro , it is very significant to research the situation and point out some effective countermeasures. In this essay, the specific description of the current situation of small and micro enterprises and possible reasons for this situation will be discussed in detail, and the countermeasures by bining the lessons from other counties and basic national condition of China will also be put forward.
