【正文】 基于 TOPSIS 的科研項目立項評價及實現(xiàn) 摘要 本文主要介紹 TOPSIS 科研項目（理解法）在立項評價實現(xiàn)過程中理論及其主要思想，運用函數(shù)理論模，對其算法進行了簡述的分析，并指出TOPSIS 科研項目存在的優(yōu)缺點；通過國內(nèi)外科研項目理論比較，并在此基礎(chǔ)上對于 TOPSIS的科研項目在其立項評價體系當(dāng)中起到的現(xiàn)實作用性，從而給出理論加模擬和模型的實現(xiàn)判斷性。突出其客觀公正性 .本文重點在于TOPSIS 科研立項方面。與立項評價及實現(xiàn)的雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下進行比對。突出其實用性，推廣其應(yīng)用范圍。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： TOPSIS 科研、 項目、立項、評價、實現(xiàn) And the implementation of TOPSIS projects based on project evaluation Abstract This paper mainly introduces the TOPSIS research project in the project evaluation process and its realization theory and its main ideas, using mathematical theory model, the algorithm is analyzed in detail, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of existing research project。 through the domestic and foreign research project paring practical effect theory, and based on the TOPSIS research project in the project evaluation system to realize to give judgment, the theory and the simulation and model.
