摘要 本設計為啤酒廢水處理工程設計,污水處理規(guī)模為 2500 m179。/d,廢水主要含有高濃度有機物,主要污染物質為 BOD COD、 SS;且 BOD5/CODcr值高,非常有利于生化處理,結合廢水的水質特征,及對各種處理工藝的對比,最終選擇 UASB+SBR作為處理工藝。 本工藝流程設有格柵、調節(jié)池,對污水進行預處理,去除水中較大的懸浮顆粒和調節(jié)水質水量。生化處理采用生物接觸氧化法, 可提高有機物去除效率。沉淀池用來進行泥水分離。 本文對格柵、調節(jié)池、 UASB 反應器、 SBR、污泥池等主要構筑物進行計算,編制設計說明 書,并繪制工藝流程、構筑物平面及高程、主要構筑物共四張圖紙。 關鍵詞: 啤酒廢水; UASB; SBR; Abstract The design for the design of brewery wastewater treatment, sewage treatment scale of 2500 m179。\/d, wastewater mainly containing high concentrations of organic matter, the main pollution material for BOD5, COD, SS。 and the BOD5\/CODcr value high, very conducive to biochemical treatment, bined with the characteristics of water quality of wastewater, and the parison of the various processing process, the final choice of UASB+SBR as the processing technology.
