【正文】 安徽工程大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 反應(yīng)釜冷卻器設(shè)計 摘 要 本文設(shè)計的列管式換熱器為四管程固定管板式換熱器 。 固定管板式換熱器的優(yōu)點是:結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、緊湊,能承受較高的壓力,造價低,管程清洗方便,管子損壞時易于堵管或更換。 本文 主要 進行了換熱器的工藝計算、換熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)和強度設(shè)計。 設(shè)計的第一部分 是工藝計算部分,主要是根據(jù)給定的設(shè)計條件估算換熱面積,從而進行換熱器的選型,校核傳熱系數(shù),計算出實際的換熱面積,最后進行壓力降和壁溫的計算。 管殼程壓力降經(jīng)計算滿足工藝要求。 設(shè)計的第二 部分則是關(guān)于結(jié)構(gòu)和強度的設(shè)計,主要是根據(jù)已經(jīng)選定的換熱器型式進行設(shè) 備內(nèi) 各零部件(如接管、折流板、定距管、 管箱等)的設(shè)計, 包括:材料的選擇、具體尺寸確定、確定具體位置、管板厚度的計算、鞍座 應(yīng)力 計算、開孔補強計算等。 結(jié)論表明各承壓原件處的強度設(shè)計均滿足強度要求, 最后設(shè)計結(jié)果可通過 八 張圖表現(xiàn)出來。 關(guān)鍵詞: 固定管板式換熱器; 工藝計算; 結(jié)構(gòu); 強度;管板;鞍座 劉松:反應(yīng)釜冷卻器設(shè)計 II Design of the Reactor Cooler Abstract This design is about fixed tube sheet heat exchanger. The advantages of the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger: The exchanger can bear high press; The price of making is low;Structure is simple and pacted; We can wash the tubes easily; We can change the broken tubes easily. The design is mainly chemical containersthe integrity of the reactor design, which include the technology calculate of heat exchanger, the structure and intensity of heat first part of design is the technology calculation process. Mainly, the process of technology calculate is according to the given design conditions to estimate the heat exchanger area, and then, select a suitable heat exchanger to check heat transfer coefficient, just for the actual heat transfer area. Meanwhile the process above still include the pressure drop and wall temperature calculation. The pressure drop is calculated must meet the technical requirement. The second part of the design is about the structure and intensity of the design. This part is just on the selected type of heat exchanger to design the heat exchanger’s ponents and parts, such as vesting, baffled plates, the distance control tube, tube boxes. This part of design mainly include: The choice of materials,identify specific size, identify specific location, the thickness calculation of tube sheet, the stress calculation of saddle, the opening reinforcement calculation etc. The results show that the pressbearing ponents can meet the intensity requirements. In the end, the final design results through eight drawings to display.
