【正文】 河南工程學院 畢業(yè)論文 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的財務風險及防范 學生姓名 系 （部） 會計學系 專 業(yè) 財務管理 指導教師 2021 年 05 月 28 日河南工程學院畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)財務風險意識不足和其他的財務問題給國家造成來資源和人力的浪費甚至是國家的包袱。企業(yè)財務風險存在的主要問題是籌資風險 、投資風險、現(xiàn)金流量風險、利率風險。每一種風險都會給企業(yè)造成 很大的財務危機。所以財務風險的預防迫在眉睫。 對于上述風險也總結出很多實際的方法去解決問題，以及及時的對財務危機進行預防和控制，最大限度的給企業(yè)減少損失，但最重要的是還必須要有風險意識。 財務預警系統(tǒng)是一個多變化適應范圍較廣的一種方法，很適合我國的國情，能對企業(yè)財務問題進行預測和預防，在現(xiàn)在的企業(yè)中不失為一種很好的財務管理方法。 關鍵詞： 財務風險 財務風險預防 財務預警系統(tǒng) 河南工程學院畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Modern enterprises lack of awareness of financial risk and other financial problems caused to the country to waste resources and manpower and even the burden of the country.
