【正文】 BSG2213 寬帶砂光機(jī) The Graduation Design for Bachelor39。s Degree BSG2213 Wide Belt Sander I 摘 要 砂光機(jī) 是利用磨具對各種板類，木制品構(gòu)件進(jìn)行砂削加工的設(shè)備。 砂光機(jī) 在人造板和家具行業(yè)中使用面廣，需要量大，品種較多，近年來發(fā)展速度較快。砂光機(jī)的特點(diǎn)是適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，能提高工作的尺寸精度，也能 降低 工件的表面粗糙度，是 木材加工的重要機(jī)床之一。 綜合了以上考慮之后，我將本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目定為 BSG2213 型單面雙砂架上砂式寬帶砂光機(jī)，履帶送料， 輥式砂架定厚，壓磨式砂架精磨的 組合。 壓磨式砂架由接觸輥，壓磨器，導(dǎo)向輥和張緊輥組成。 為了防止重心過高引起整機(jī)振動(dòng)，設(shè)計(jì)中將主電機(jī)置于下方，并通過皮帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)輥旋轉(zhuǎn)，使整機(jī)重心下降，有效增強(qiáng)了整機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性。 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)附圖地址 ： 因?yàn)檎嬲\，所以信任！因?yàn)閷Ｗ?，所以專業(yè)！因?yàn)閷I(yè)，所以信賴！ 淘寶店鋪： 關(guān)鍵詞： 寬帶 ；砂光機(jī)；壓磨式砂架；壓磨器；輥式砂架 II ABSTRACT Belt Sander is the equipment utilizing attrition tool for machining to every kind of board and woodwork ponent. The belt sander is widely applicated in the woodbased plate and furniture trade, the requirement is very large. The belt sander have lots of variety and develop fast in recent sander have the characteristic of good adaptability, so it can improve the size precision of the work, take from the surface roughness of the work piece, being one of the important lathes of wood working. After integrate the consideration of above decided to design a machine named BSG2213. It has two sand belt shelves which locate on the up part of the sander, feed with track, and have the two kinds of sand shelves. To avoid too big vibrating from the gravity if it was located high, and the electrical engineer drives the roller with leather belt. This design attaches a good stability.
