【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)中文摘要 摘要 奧氏體不銹鋼,是指在常溫下具有奧氏體組織的不銹鋼。鋼中含 Cr 約 18%、Ni8%~10%、 C 約 %時,具有穩(wěn)定的奧氏體組織。奧氏體鉻鎳不銹鋼包括著名的 18Cr8Ni 鋼和在此基礎(chǔ)上增加 Cr、 Ni 含量并加入 Mo、 Cu、 Si、 Nb、 Ti 等元素發(fā)展起來的高 CrNi 系列鋼。奧氏體不銹鋼無磁性而且具有高韌性和塑性,但強度較低,不可能通過相變使之強化,僅能通過冷加工進行強化,如加入 S, Ca,Se, Te 等元素,則具有良好的易切削性。本論文主要對奧氏體不銹鋼 1Cr18Ni9Ti熱處理過 程及其耐蝕性的研究,包括鍛造、預(yù)先熱處理、固溶處理、穩(wěn)定化處理等材料成型的完整的熱處理過程的介紹。并且本文還對不銹鋼 1Cr18Ni9Ti 耐蝕性的原因,怎樣做才能使其更具耐蝕性等等問題都做了一些介紹。不銹鋼熱處理過程中所用到的真空熱處理爐,其結(jié)構(gòu)、特性相當(dāng)復(fù)雜,本文也對真空熱處理爐做了一些介紹,用真空熱處理爐做的不銹鋼,可以防止不銹鋼氧化脫碳保證工件的表面質(zhì)量和機械性能。本文還對不銹鋼 1Cr18Ni9Ti 的化學(xué)熱處理、表面處理進行了一些介紹,表出面處理使其性能有更大的提高。最后文章對不銹鋼熱處理后的檢驗也做了 介紹,主要為金相、力學(xué)性能等方面的檢驗。 關(guān)鍵詞: 奧氏體 不銹鋼 1Cr18Ni9Ti 固溶處理 穩(wěn)定化處理 耐蝕性 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)中文摘要 Title:1Cr18Ni9Ti heat treatment process and corrosion resistance of Abstract: Austenitic stainless steel at room temperature, refers to with austenite stainless steel.
