【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 中央空調(diào)溫度控制器轉(zhuǎn)盤沖壓模設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名 周晟中 學(xué) 院 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 材料成型及控制工程 指導(dǎo)教師 杜繼濤 副教授 完成日期 2020 年 6 月 中央空調(diào)溫度控制器轉(zhuǎn)盤沖壓模設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 中國(guó)空調(diào)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷經(jīng)坎坷，從奢侈消費(fèi)品飛入尋常百姓家，在實(shí)現(xiàn)了自身的巨大飛越之時(shí)，也見證了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的巨大變遷。透過空調(diào)業(yè)二十多年來的發(fā)展，我們?cè)谟H身感受著歷史的車輪由緩緩行駛步入飛速發(fā)展的大提速 。 1978 年，社會(huì)大眾對(duì)于空調(diào)的概念還局限于一部分特殊場(chǎng)合的重要物品。而進(jìn)入 1997年之后，隨著空調(diào)市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作的深入、人們生活水平的大幅提升，一大批在改革開放的春風(fēng)中先富裕起來的人群，開始將空調(diào)作為日常的家居用品使用。隨后，全國(guó)各大中城市的空調(diào)普及率大幅提升，而在長(zhǎng)三角、珠三角等經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，許多鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民的空調(diào)消費(fèi)量也在呈現(xiàn)逐年增長(zhǎng)的勢(shì)頭。 隨后，國(guó)內(nèi)居民家庭中的空調(diào)普及率穩(wěn)步提升， 2020 年全國(guó) 30 個(gè)城市居民家庭中空調(diào)的保有率達(dá)到了 %，和 1998 年相比，增長(zhǎng)了 15 個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。上海、北京、廣州等 超大規(guī)模城市居民的空調(diào)每百戶擁有率已經(jīng)達(dá) 108%以上。 隨著空調(diào)業(yè)的發(fā)展中央空調(diào)控制器轉(zhuǎn)盤等這類空調(diào)的配套精密零件的制造成為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代空調(diào)業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分。這些零件大部分需要用通過精密的模具來制造。 由于種種歷史原因，我國(guó)模具工業(yè)與當(dāng)前工業(yè)發(fā)展還不很適應(yīng)。無(wú)論是在設(shè)計(jì)制造技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)能力方面，還是在管理水平方面，模具工業(yè)均遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足需求，它嚴(yán)重影響工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的品種、質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)周期，削弱了其在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。近年來，我國(guó)模具進(jìn)口幅度呈大幅下降之勢(shì)，并有超億元出口額。大型、復(fù)雜、精密、高效和長(zhǎng)壽命模具也逐 年上新的臺(tái)階，體現(xiàn)高水平制造技術(shù)的級(jí)進(jìn)模也越來越多，沖壓自動(dòng)線、自動(dòng)沖技術(shù)也得到廣泛應(yīng)用。我國(guó)模具行業(yè)的技術(shù)迅速提高，模具國(guó)產(chǎn)化已經(jīng)取得十分可喜的成績(jī)，這將對(duì)我國(guó)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力和綜合國(guó)力的提高起到有力的促進(jìn)作用。 關(guān)鍵詞： 轉(zhuǎn)盤 空調(diào) 級(jí)進(jìn)模 Central air conditioning temperature controller turntable mould design ABSTRACT The industry of Chinese Air Condition has been suffering a long time. It used to be a luxury machine and no one used it, but now it can be seen in almost every families. The developments of this industry not only raise its own value, but also witness the huge changes of the economy in our modern society. Though this development, we are just like putting our selves into the wheels which are continuously driving us to the success. In 1978, the requirements to the air condition are just at a extremely low level. When it es 1997, people39。s living standard increases dramatically. Lots of people are being richer than ever before. They can easily afford to all kinds of modern home appliance. The air condition which is one of the most famous one are being more and more used in normal lives. The reports said that in down areas, the percentage of people who have air condition is increasing sharply those years. Also in other sub urban areas, the consume on this machine also rises steadily every year. During the following years, this development didn39。t stop. The statistics reveals that in 2020, the percentage of people who has been holding an air condition in 30 cities of all country has rated at %, which is 15 percent higher than that of 1998. In big cities like Shanghai 、 Beijing and Guangzhou, this percentage even picked at more than 108%. Also these developments of air condition make the manufacturing its parts such as Central air conditioning temperature controller turntable being an essential part to constitute our modern industry of air condition. These parts are mostly made by precise moulds. Because of various history reason, molding industry of china and the industry develop now are still not adapt very much. Is in the aspects of designing to make the technique and produce the ability regardless, still manage the level aspect, the molding tool industry can39。t meet the demands all and far and far, the species, quantity and the production periods of its serious influence industry product, weakened its petition ability in international market. In recent years, our country the molding tool imports the range to present to descend significantly, and have over hundred million dollar’s exit sum. Large, plications, nicety, the longevity life, also ascend the new step year by year with molding tool efficiently. More and more high manufacturing technique level’s progressive die has appeared. Hurtle to press the automatic line and hurtle the technique to also get the extensive application automatically. The technique of the molding tool profession of our country has developed very fast, the molding tool national product turn to have already very pleased result, it will let our country in the international market of exaltation of petition ability and prehensive national strength rise to promote the function.
