【正文】 XXXXXX 畢業(yè)論文 鎢粉生產(chǎn)工藝的研究 學(xué) 生: XXX 學(xué) 號: XXXX 專 業(yè):物理學(xué) 班 級: XXXX 指導(dǎo)教師: XXXXX XXXXXXXXX 二 O 一三 年 六 月 摘 要 I 摘 要 鎢粉在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中占著越來越重要的位置,本文著重對鎢粉的生產(chǎn)工業(yè)做出來研究,其中包括研究鎢金屬的性質(zhì)和用途,鎢的物理性質(zhì);化學(xué)性質(zhì)以及鎢的實際用途。只有了解鎢的性質(zhì)和性能的重要性才能更好更透徹的研究鎢的生產(chǎn)工藝。 金屬 鎢 具有廣泛的用途 , 鎢合金中最主要的原料是鎢粉 , 其粒度的大小對合金的性能起關(guān)鍵性的作用。鎢粉的粒度主要為粗、中、細粒。含細顆粒的合金比含粗顆粒的合金 , 其性能明顯的提高 ; 若合金含超細晶粒 , 則性能可產(chǎn)生質(zhì)的飛躍 ,達到高強度與高硬度的統(tǒng)一 , 從而擴展其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。同時 , 金屬鎢在這些領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用還與其形貌、粒度的分布有著密切的關(guān)系。本文綜述了近年來超細鎢粉的多種制備方法 , 并對比不同方法所制備超細粉末的優(yōu)缺點。最后在生產(chǎn)工藝的介紹中本文挑選了目前工業(yè)上最常用 的三氧化鎢還原法制作鎢粉的方法以及各種超細鎢粉的生產(chǎn)方法做出了 分析和研究 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :鎢粉;性質(zhì)用途;工業(yè)研究;超細鎢粉; 三氧化鎢氫還原法 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Tungsten powder in industrial production occupied an increasingly important position, this paper focuses on the production of tungsten powder made out of industrial research including research on the production of tungsten, tungsten physical properties。 chemical properties as well as the actual use of tungsten .Only by understanding the nature and Properties of tungsten in order to better the importance of a more thorough study of tungsten production process. Tungsten with a wide range of uses the most important raw material for tungsten alloy of tungsten powder, the particle size of the size of the alloy play a crucial role in the performance. The grain size of the tungsten powder is coarse, medium and fine. Alloys containing fine particles than coarse particles containing alloy, its performance significantly improved。 if alloy containing fine grain, the performance can be a qualitative leap, to achieve high strength and high hardness unity to extend its field of a p p l i c a ti o n. Me a nw hi l e , the me ta l t u n gs te n i n t he s e a r e a s a nd t he i r application also morphology, particle size distribution has a close relationship. This paper reviews recent variety of fine tungsten powder preparation method, and pare the different methods of Ultrafine Powder advantages and disadvantages. Finally, in the introduction to this paper, the production process of the current selection of the most monly used industrial reduction of tungsten trioxide tungsten powder production methods and a variety of ultrafine tungsten powder production methods made the analysis and research.
