【正文】 家族企業(yè)論文篇一：家族企業(yè)論文摘 要改革開放以來，中國家族企業(yè)得到了迅猛的開展和不斷壯大。在穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟增長、促進國際貿(mào)易、帶動技術進步、減少失業(yè)等方面起著不可替代的積極作用，成為我國經(jīng)濟開展的增長點。但是，與國外家族企業(yè)開展百年仍活力勃勃相比，中國家族企業(yè)平均壽命不到5年，因而處理我國家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)開展的征詢題、打破本身開展的局限，打造百年企業(yè)，成為亟待處理的迫切征詢題。本文通過參閱國內(nèi)外關于家族企業(yè)治理的理論研究文獻，以產(chǎn)權(quán)理論、委托代理理論為指導，分別討論了家族企業(yè)在初創(chuàng)期，成長期，成熟期三個時期存在的主要征詢題，從中分析出阻礙其可持續(xù)開展的主要緣故。在吸收已有研究成果，得出阻礙家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)開展要素的根底之上，進一步對構(gòu)建中國家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)開展之路提出了對策建議。關鍵詞：家族企業(yè)；可持續(xù)開展；產(chǎn)權(quán)AbstractSince the reform and opening up, Chinese family business has also been rapid development and growing in a stable economic growth, promote international trade, promote technological progress, to reduce unemployment, the positive plays an irreplaceable role as Chinas economic development growth. However, the development of enterprises with foreign family are still alive a hundred years, the Chinese average life expectancy of family firms less than 5 years, so our family business to solve the problem of sustainable development breakthroughs in the development of the limitations of their own century to build business and bee an urgent problem solved .In this paper, refer to the theory of international research on family management, according to property rights theory, the guiding principalagent theory, discusses the family business in the startup, growth, maturity periods of three main problems, to analyze the impact of the available the main reason for sustainable development, the research results in the absorption, based on the factors affecting sustainable development in the draw based on further construction of Chinese family business on the road to sustainable development, some suggestions.Key Words: family business ,sustainable development, propertyrights目 錄
